Lone Pine, Penang, a Tribute Portfolio Resort

Always my fav place to stay whenever in Penang. Calm and so peaceful. Helpful staff. They just need to make more variety menu choices for breakfast spread. Other than that, overall great stay!

Hotel room clean and big, good to stay. Swimming pool also nice, but very disappointed that the hotel does not have changing rooms. There is only a toilet to change clothes after swimming, there is no changing room to flush, and the women's toilet is very dirty. This is a mistake that a five-star hotel should not make.

The vibes were unique in a good way. We enjoyed our time here. TV channels could be improved such as movies selection. The view from our room is beautiful. The pool was nice for swimming. Would recommend to others. Breakfast was good too.

A pleasant stay to commemorate a birthday. Love the relaxing vibe of a resort and the staff are absolutely helpful and friendly. Overall wonderful.

We chose Lone Pine with the idea of having a space to chill, and the place delivered. Got a surprise upgrade to the garden rooms that had direct access to the beach and it was one of the best experiences ever, having the luxury to open up the windows, lounge at our mini “porch”, enjoy the sounds of ocean waves and walk out to the garden of pine trees as we like. The first night we were there, we were greeted by a stunning pinkish purple sunset by the poolside too. It really hits different. Room had a bit of the moist wood smell and floor was a bit sticky moist when we first got in, but understandable since it is a beachfront resort. As long as we kept the dehumidifier on, it gets better. Lone Pine is also a short walk from Ferringgi Walk which houses famous beach gastrobars like Bora Bora and Natsu, and also Family Mart and other roadside eateries so we were not short of food options. Would totally recommend Lone Pine!

the beautiful environment !! what can i said from the parking im feel so nice .. the staff are good , the room clean and big .. love the bathtub at the balcony and also the food was so great.. definitely i will come again if im needed ... 5🌟

Heard a lot about this place from friends and family, so we decided to try it out. Well what can I say, except that it was a great stay in a comfortable, clean, luxurious colonial style hotel. Landscaping around the area was excellent with lots of greenery, a lawn where you can have picnics, adult & children's swimming pool with a jacuzzi section and of course the seaside and beach. There's a bar next to the poolside, and a cosy restaurant called The Bungalow, and a club room where you can play pool, table tennis, board games , read a book or just chill out. The deluxe king room was sea & pool facing, with a small cute sunken bath tub on the balcony. Yes , the room has a balcony with a small coffee table and seats for two. The king mattress was really comfortable, just wanted to lay on it all the time! The room and bathroom layout was practical and we'll designed. Loved it!

Overall it’s a decent hotel to stay with, just the hotel abit rundown, a renovation will improve it….. their breakfast is ok but it can be better……the hotel beach is surrounded with those commercial seller for food and tent or on sea activity, plus the sand is not that fine when you step on it

Serenity, beautiful resort , breakfast was amazing! You can enjoy at the quiet pool side with beautiful sunset !
