This was a brand spanking new hotel. The staff was friendly and very courteous. Covid precautions being taken very seriously. Good location with easy access. Cleanliness was spot on! Pool and patio with grills. Exercise room but it was closed due to Covid. The rooms after cleaning were sealed and the customer was the one to break the seal to help insure the rooms were sanitized.

it was a great stay an would do it again! The rooms were very clean, the staff was great and the breakfast was awesome! The manager is doing an exceptional with this place. We would be visiting again soon.

The room we were in (roll in shower for handicap) was nice and roomy. The bed was comfy, the shower was very good. I love the free cookie and water bottles for guests. The desk clerks were ”okay”. It's a good stay. The room that I need for my stay is unfortunately across from the elevators, so there was plenty of chatter outside our door as people waited for the elevator to reach our floor.

After holding a very unrewarding phone conversation with one of the nearby motels, we decided to try America's Best Value Inn and were very pleased with our choice. The front desk was helpful, gave us a very good rate and the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There was no orange juice at breakfast but otherwise the meal was adequate. We woulod definitely chose it over the other accommodations in the area.

Stayed here for 2 nights for the Ole Miss game. Check in was great, wonderful staff. The room smelled horribly like smoke though so I asked the front desk woman if there was another less smelly room. She stated the hotel is non smoking so that was the air conditioner heating unit burning off the dust. She sprayed some air freshener, but that was not burning dust, and the room never did not smell like smoke/pot. The TV was on when I check in which was unusual but I learned after turning it off that was because it would switch out of dish and then there would be no signal when turned back on. The woman at the desk in the morning did not know how to fix so I had to wait for someone to arrive to work before fixing it. Luckily I asked her how to fix it back to cable because it happened multiple times (any time the tv was turned off) and speaking with other guests it happened to them also and they were stuck. BREAKFAST bags were ok the first day and non existent on Sun. as everything had been cleared out. My tip, if you stay here get enough for 2 mornings and put in your fridge!!!
