Facilities: The facilities in the room are very complete, there is a TV sofa, a refrigerator, a stove, a knife and tableware are all available, and you can cook by yourself. Private bathroom, and the surrounding is very quiet, it takes about ten minutes to walk from here to Al Thai University, the hotel staff is also very friendly, every day will knock on the door to ask if it needs to be cleaned, the manager will speak English, communication is completely no problem, and the manager is very nice! ! Really recommend here! ! ! ! ! At the beginning, we lived in room 302, the room was a separate bathroom, kitchen, bedroom. Later, I added money to move to room 308, the toilet bathroom is two separate rooms, open kitchen, living room, balcony, bedroom. The apartment hotel is really great! ! If you have a need for cooking and live often, you can really choose here! ! (The room with two single beds is 90/day if you fight with a friend) The pictures and introduction on Trip.com are not perfect. If you are not assured, it is recommended to come to the hotel directly to see the room! ! Really good! ! ! Forgot to take a picture of the room~ Put a view outside the window~

Hotel location is very good, the hotel has bars, restaurants. Eating, leisure. The hotel is clean and tidy. There is no socket at the bedside, and the mobile phone charging needs to be on the table. Avoid watching the mobile phone affect sleep.

We arrived at the location after our wedding at night, we where taken to our room and slept that night, everything In the room was alright. My husband got this room and hotel for us because we both dreamed about having a jacuzzi on our honeymoon and night after wedding , we had money saved for this place and read only good reviews. The second day we woke up and had breakfast and later during the day we finally decided to get in the jacuzzi we came here for... We where in for a treat, my husband turned on the water and what came out was what I could only describe as swamp water from Shrek... We let the water go a bit thinking that it would get clearer and after a while we said maybe it's not so bad and it's just a little dirty. We tried filling the tub and only brown dirty water coming out, I was ready with candles and champagne and ready to relax with my husband and when I saw the tub filled with muddy filthy water I immediately dressed up and went down with my husband to the receptionist to ask if this is something normal in the hotel... The receptionist only after we asked that started saying : oh well we had people doing some reparations and work with the water system today..... My husband immediately told me that we should have at least get a notice that Hey this water will be dirty today so please don't take a bath or go in the jacuzzi between this hour and this hour, not only after we try and have what we came here for the receptionist to say that they where doing reparations today. After saying that to her she didn't seem to relate or even care , so much for customer service, she told us to just let the water go more as if we had all night to keep trying the water . As newly Weds this was not the adventure or romantic night we where seeking and the staff definitely didn't even try to make it better.
