We stayed here for six days this September as part of our two weeks in Italy. Firstly , am amazing pool!!! Secondly, staff really friendly from the reception to the waiters. We went gif half board knowing , even with a car , Other bars and crates not that near. We trained it to Palermo one day for anti- mafia tour. We went to Savoca where part of the godfather was filmed, really pretty. The tweaks required are , in our opinion , is to vary the evening menu. Also the towels policy of three days to change. This is room and beach/pool towels, when on holiday the sun cream is used and you’re dipping in the pool and showed more. However on the whole a great place but you need a car !!

We stayed at the Hotel San Michele hotel for two nights during our tour around Sicily. We stayed in 7 hotels and this was by far the best. The staff were so friendly, helpful and courteous throughout, especially the young lady on reception. She was always smiling, and even made us a coffee before we retired for the evening. The hotel was perfect in every way and was so clean. Our room had everything we needed and was more than spacious. The breakfast was delicious, everything really fresh including the coffee. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Sicily for one night or even more than you can’t go wrong by staying here.

The stay at the Resort (11-19 July 2023 - together with my wife) was above all expectations: in the Suite the rooms, equipped with flat-screen TV, cooking corner and air conditioning, are very spacious, Always very clean and in order, provided with every comfort (although too comfortable the mattress from which it was difficult to get off at morning ...),a very large bathroom and a terrace with sea views that are a few meters away. All is designed to make the guest feel welcome and careful. The staff is very professional and very kind and provides very useful guidance. I thank the people responsible for paying all the attention they can. A place where I will certainly return as good Sicilian and which I recommend without continuity. Thank you all the staff from Pippo and Tania.

Great stay at this hotel. A quiet location though a car is essential and is in a hill for those who struggle. The pool areas were quiet during our stay. The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly. The restaurant is soulless which would be my biggest negative but there are plenty of excellent restaurants at reasonable prices in town and a few a 10 minute walk away. The Wi-Fi, as has been mentioned before, is incredibly poor in this day and age. There are no pool facilities at the main pool such as drinks or food which would be nice.
