First, he apologized politely, and then tried to coordinate. He also gave more cookies. We asked for a late check-out, which was also resolved. He added WeChat and said that he would contact the front desk if necessary. Do more training to make them empathetic and more patient. So I stayed for 2 days overall, and I felt pretty good.
