It’s a nice comfortable hotel with good view of the city at the 50+ floor bar & restaurant. Difficult to find hotel entrance if you are walking from BTS station/Sky Walk into the huge Central World mall. Go up to 7th floor go inside Tops supermarket & look for a door to carpark & walk over to another door to access hotel lift to lobby on 23rd floor. Alternatively go outside of Central Mall to the ground floor & look for hotel entrance at the back of the mall to take lift up to 23rd floor hotel lobby. Excellent central location if you don’t plan to go outside of hotel & Central World mall (which has so many food options & shops & departmental store) much, as it’s quite a walk to go down through the huge mall & walk to Chit Lom BTS station. Can walk via Sky Walk to Siam BTS station & Siam Paragon & also to Platinum Mall. Can take from Chit Lom BTS station to Phaya Thai station & change to Airport Rail & vice versa.

Fantastic stay. Location is convenient for shopping, but not so for public transport, due to frequent jams at the roads around the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic. Great selection, very tasty. Service was great from concierge to reception to housekeeping. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and were fluent in English. Very impressed with overall cleanliness, even the lobby toilet was super clean.

We, a family of three, stayed three nights here and are very impressed by the convenient location, cozy environment and excellent services provided by friendly and professional staff. We really enjoyed our stay at the Chatrium Grand Bangkok. Our room was very neat, clean and the beds super comfortable. We booked the suite with two bedrooms. It was very spacious and luxurious. The kitchen was very big but there was no silverware or any other equipment. Maybe this should be overthought. Everything was to our convenience and the staff was remarkably friendly. We travelled with two children and at breakfast the chef was asking us what kind of baby food he could prepare for us. We really enjoyed the forsighted actions of all the staff members. The service was just exquisit. We also enjoyed the pool, breakfast was very delicious with a wide range of culinary options and the gym is very well equipped. The kids club was nice but there are only a few toys and no staff, so you cannot leave your children there. The spa looked nice but it seemed closed. We can highly recommend this hotel, especially because of excellent staff. Thank you!

PROS: The hotel is conveniently located, abt 10 minutes walk away from Victory Monument BTS stn or Ratchaprarop Airport Rail Link (ARL) stn. Travel time on the Airport Rail from Suvarnabhumi Airport is 30 min. Service is good and there is a wide spread for the breakfast buffet (Western + Asian). CONS: The walls are very thin. I had 2 different noisy neighbours who disturbed my sleep at around 2am and 4am. I could literally hear them word for word (didn't understand as they were speaking Thai). Also, I was on the 2nd floor by the roadside and could hear the traffic. It was an OK experience. Towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, toothbrush, toothpaste and cotton buds were provided.

There are bakery shop near flourish restaurant as well. Breakfast is definitely won't be disappointed. Croissant the best. All food set as buffet plus delicious a la carte. The green space in front of the hotel let’s you out of the busy city. Swimming pool with serenity view instagrammer don’t miss it to strike a pose. Last point, Lobby so stunning. I guarantee you have to pick a phone to take a picture for sure. Afternoon tea at lobby lounge, must try. I will be back again and again to stay at Sindhorn Kempinski.

We used it until the departure of the midnight flight. So I didn't sleep. The building is quite old, but the room facilities are firm. There are also tables, refrigerators and safety boxes. There is also an outlet on the pillow. There is also a bathtub. The size is also a problematic size. It was a room on the 6 floor, but there was a BTS Nana station platform at the close distance ahead of the window of the room. It's quite noisy when the train passes. The room on the side of the Sukhumvit Street on the 5th and 6th floors seems to be the front of the platform. If you want a quiet room, you should request a room opposite to Sukhumvit Street. The location is zero minutes walk from the entrance of Nana Station. Very convenient location, but it is a hotel for people who want to stay reasonable because it is old.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Montien for 3 weeks 2 months ago when on a company-booked trip. My room and bed were extremely comfortable and spacious, with plenty of natural light and unobstructed views, quality amenities including a Nespresso machine. The Montien decor is modern, Thai style and beautiful. The breakfast buffet is bountiful, with plenty of variety. Pierre Pelletier, the Area General Manager and his team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was outstanding! Then this month when my family and I planned a vacation to Bangkok I picked this hotel as our base. The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to the sky and underground trains, many must-go-to restaurants, cafes, Siam Paragon, temples, Chinatown, night walks and more. We were welcomed with incredible 5-star Thai hospitality. Special mention to Khun Nu, her front desk team and night manager Khun Jew for handling flight delays, airport transfers and arranging pick up of lost luggage, Khun Tik for his world-class warm welcomes, Max’s regular assistance and taxi coordination, the ever-helpful and polite bellmen, Beer remembering our morning coffee preferences, Kae at Ruenton restaurant for looking after us at dinners, friendly Tanya at the lobby bar, the housekeeping team for keeping our 3 rooms impeccable and everyone who made our Bangkok vacation so memorable! It felt like our home away from home and we enjoyed our time here so much!

Booked a deluxe room for 3 nights. Everything about the hotel is old. From the room to the lift, to the design to the outlets, to the bathroom fixtures, etc. Despite it being an old hotel, the room and the surroundings were clean. The ACU and water heater were all working perfectly. The lift seemed to be crowded at times as the hotel had only two lifts. Forgot to mention that the room was quite spacious in fact there is a mini living room with a sofa, table, sink and fridge before you reach the bedroom itself. The bed was okay however since the hotel is situated along a busy road. It's hard not to hear the sounds of cars passing by. The hotel is equipped with a gym with ample equipment. The breakfast buffet selection was very good. It included pastries, bread, yogurt, all kinds of meats, rice, noodles, salad bar, fruits and drinks. They made minor changes everyday. Location is perfect as it is right beside platinum mall, about 5-10 mins walk to Central World and Big C supermarket, 10-15 mins walk to Siam Paragon and Siam Square. Pratunam Market is also a 5 to 10 minutes walk away. Both the MRT station and bus stop are accessible if I'm not mistaken. There are a couple of boutique stores on the ground floor of the hotel as well as a Burger King fast food. Convenience stores such as 7-11 and Wawa are also close to the hotel. The staff were all helpful especially the bell master whose name I forgot. Check in and check out were the same. Had doubts about this hotel due to the lack of recent reviews but those doubts were quashed. Will stay in this hotel again next time.

It is our first time in Veladhi Glow. Lobby was on level 7. Service was prompt & courteous. A concierge helped us with the baggage to the room on the highest level 20. The room smelled good throughout our stay, clean floors and spacious bathroom with standing shower. There is a pillow menu which we did not use. The fire alarm went off early the next morning but they quickly apologised by evening & informed that further testing would be made. They even sent a complimentary muffin & juice👍👍👍. Bravo on this sweet gesture. Hotel breakfast was sufficient, everything clearly labelled. Loved the smiles of the chefs from the egg station. The aircon in the room was blowing strong to beat the heat. It was 32°c but felt like 45°C. There was a tiki bar, a pool & massage service which we did not use. Downside: 1) more charging points would have been great for our laptops & phones. We have recommended the hotel to friends and will return in future. Thank you.

Not expecting much from the hotel for the amount I paid. It is a decent hotel, with decent amenities. Good location, just next to platinum mall. Hotel room is small but feels cozy. Only downside of the room is the bed. It is too hard, like sleeping on wooden bed instead of mattress. On the other hand, my husband and I had a bad experience at the Foot Haven Massage & Spa located at level 1 of the hotel. Our lady masseuse was swapped to male masseur 15 minutes into the massage without our consent! My husband's assigned masseuse ask if he is ok to change to a male masseur and he said no. Even so, the lady masseuse swap with a male masseur and went off. As I was facing down, I heard another man's voice behind me and turned around and found out that my lady masseuse is swapping with another male masseur too! Our 2 assigned masseuse went off to service our friends who came 15 minutes after us and selected a more expensive massage service. After I rejected the male masseur, I was left there waiting. I kept asking if they are going to assign any masseuse for me and I was then asked to wait for 20 minutes until the next masseuse is available. They gave a very lame excuse that they are fully booked and all customers came with appointment! They didn't know that the other couple are our friends! What a stupid lie! It is not fair to make me wait while I am already half way through my massage! I had to cancel the massage and wait for the rest to be done. Very bad planning from the person-in-charge. Will never visit the spa again!

I am not expecting super clean nor super complete rooms in Pratunam area considering this area is very crowded with stores and market activities. This hotel has provide exactly everything we need for the area. Clean bed and bathroom, sufficient towels, free flow mineral water and very reliable fast WiFi access. This could be the most suitable hotel to choose in this area. We saw there are a lot more more 'fancy and luxurious' hotel nearby, however most of them located above very busy and noisy market with knock down stall which may cause unnecessary noisy for your sleep. This area is almost open 24 hours. Cloud 9 just the right choice which located on a quiet corner. This hotel could be hard to find even if you use online map. Try to look for Benz hotel. This cloud 9 is next to it. we will definitely choose this hotel again when we had a chance to visit the area. We do not hesitate to recommend this place to our colleagues and families.

This hotel is located near the pratunam market, easily accessible by the airport rail and drop at Ratchaprarop station. We like to stay in pratunam area and this hotel is good for us. When we check in at around 12+pm, the front desk told us to wait till 2pm, we left our luggages and went out to shop till night and back to get our key card. We are surprise as the staff suddenly play happy birthday song and present us a birthday cake, totally unexpected of this warm service by the hotel staff. Our room is at 3rd level in another building, the only bad point is that after reaching L3, there is a small steps before reaching the room, so you will have to pull up your luggage a bit for that little step. Room wise is a bit small but cosy,hot water is available and wifi speed is quite OK. Cleanliness overall is satisfactory and we enjoy our 2 nights stay over there, kudos to the thoughtfulness of the staff.
