Only positives are the cool (but loud) air con, clean smoke-free room, and spacious but dated looking room with luggage rack. Location is quite far from MRT station. Lots of PRC tourists. Poor WiFi speed. Poor hot shower water pressure. Will choose another hotel in another location next time.

The hotel is well situated near shopping malls and Bukit bintang monorail and mrt stations. It's within walking distance to Pavilion, Fahrenheit and Alor food street. Can just walk around to explore the area. Staffs are friendly. Check-in is fast too.

Very clean and close to the metro. With my food options nearby. A good place if u want to away from the downtown.

Beautiful accommodation, very clean and tidy everywhere! The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times! Would certainly return!!

Very calm and nice hôtel

1) Depart the Hotel around 11am. asked whether could check IN early. The front counter replied. Check IN at 2pm. All baggage can be left at the concierge, She speaks rude and loud When checked IN, the room aircon was not cool. Complaints to room services, Can/t fix, Chance to another floor room. 2) No Idea where the facilities 3) In-house restaurant breakfast and buffet is excellent. Cheap and good.

Great place to stay and avoid traffic jams

the room is clean, value for money and stuff is very helpful with my luggage and calling a taxi.

Hotel is on the older the side but the stay was very comfortable for me. Location is great as it is near Huai Khwang Station & several malls (within walking distance). Convenient store 7-11 is right beside the hotel too. Sufficient amenities within the hotel room and housekeeping service did a great job on the daily room servicing. Ordered room service on the first day, delivery was quick within 10-15 minutes after ordering 👍

The room is great and also the decoration is luxury style. The breakfast is good

Big hotel just the light is so dim, it felt like an old hotel style. Which I really not prefer, but if you come a room with many people can choose here
