I loved the location and the service here! Worth the price and definitely coming back again

Enjoyed our stay in corner room, it is good location and nearby night market. Enjoyed street food and bars around but you won't hear outside noise from the hotel. Oneoo centre is just around the corner also where you can order Tom Yum Kung.

After reading so many reviews, i decided to try this hotel as i am travelling with kids. Upon checking in, we were welcome by a drink and that is very refreshing. The rooms was very clean and neat upon going into our room. Housekeeping in the morning was good and address our needs within 10min. Lastly the service provided by the staff was awesome and they can provide extra miles to tell you how you can plan your transport mode, supper or shopping advise. Will come back again.

Staffs are friendly and helpful, tasty welcome drink and goodbye dessert provided, location very near to Platinum mall, just that this area traffic is not that good and no BTS station nearby, overall still very good , room is same as picture shown

location was good, 7 eleven was near, room was clean,only one thing no good is easy heard outside sound.

Staff are approachable and friendly esp the filipino staff. The room was clean. Definitely we will come back.

This is my 2nd time stay in here! The room is very clean and orderly. The hotel staffs were friendly and helpful.☺️ Overall, Metz Pratunam is a budget friendly hotel located in middle of Pratunam. Ideal for tourist who interest in shopping, food and nightlife.

Best hotel , best reservation I recommend. But morning felt a but noisy.. but i will go there later when i go bkk 👌

Nice place to stay

The service is very friendly, the bed is big, the room is a bit small, there is a laundry next door, washing and drying can be done in one go

The hotel's location, health, and environment are all very good, but! It doesn't stop me from asking the following questions! ! We booked a triple room, but when we arrived we were told that only two people could stay. Another person would have to pay an additional RMB 100 to stay! OK! We paid. Then we were told that we came too early and checked in after two o'clock! (We were shown the room before, and there were vacancies.) We had to pay another 1% for early check-in💰... The three of us felt a little uncomfortable and asked to check out! The staff instantly changed from smiling service to devilish service~ The ferocious faces made us feel scared. Not only could we not check out, but the words and eyes gave us a terrifying look, which made us feel inexplicable panic. Afraid of being bullied abroad, we could only explain and appease their emotions while communicating with customer service... In the end, the negotiation was fruitless and we had no choice but to choose another hotel (after all, we were abroad, and we were very afraid that they would retaliate against the three of us). ) Consider this hotel with caution fellow citizens!
