The room was lovely as per the pictures and a good size. the service was amazing. Everyone from the doormen to the concierge and housekeeping provided excellent service with a smile. Breakfast selection was good with signature egg dishes from the chef aside from the usual options at any egg station in a hotel. I would return again for my next trip to Bangkok.

This is truly what luxury is - for someone who stayed in many hotels across Bangkok for example JW Marriot, Waldorf Astoria, St Regis and even Siam kempinski I tell you this is hands down top notch - true Thai hospitality and they are very accommodating. I was blown away by the service - I stayed in the Athenee Suite - and you get exclusive VIP treatment and check in on the 26th Floor - those who want comfort and real Thai grace and service this hotel is for you

I booked an Athenee Suite which was spacious and comfortable and I enjoy the red colour scheme in the room. The suite comes with access to the Athenee Club and it was good to be recognized by some of the staff, from my previous stay a few months prior. Unfortunately the mini scones for afternoon tea were dry and crumbly and the nibbles for evening cocktails were more suitable for white wines rather than red as with most hotel club lounges but it was great to be able to have a soup each night. Not many other hotel club lounges provide a soup for evening cocktails. The lounge staff are very friendly and helpful as is the concierge and the staff in general and this makes it a pleasure to stay with the hotel.

Perfect location adjacent to BTS Phrong Chit, quiescent environment with luxury decorations. The hotel staffs are so helpful and the hospitality of Thailand can be precisely reflected during my stay. Although the breakfast is not as versatile as that of Marriott Marquis Queens Park, the dining atmosphere offered me a refreshing morning. I will definitely choose to stay again in the future.

Love the ambience of the hotel. Quite easy access to bts (around 200m walk). Love the juice counter during bfast. Will consider to stay here again.
