Sleepcase Hostel

First and foremost I would like to say I was far impressed with the quality size and spaciousness of the room that we got for the price that we paid for. The location was rather out of the way from the inner city of Bangkok and this caused us to always have to commute a significant distance. We got the impression that the owner was the only person capable of speaking English well but unfortunately he was not there always on a day-to-day operation. As foreigners this caused some communication barriers between us and the older gentleman that was always there to watch over the hostel (communication with this individual was near impossible, as his demeanors made it extremely difficult to approach him about any issues, and our best it seems as if he does not care about our stay). A major inconvenience we experienced was that the bathroom floor on the second level was always wet and this assumably was an intentional measure to wash down the facilities every hour because of sanitization during covid. However it is also worthy to note that the building also had three or four more bathroom stalls downstairs in which they encouraged us to use. But honestly it was a little out of the way from the places we intended to go. ultimately it was more than fair for the price that we paid for and it could be a very suitable place depending on what an individual is looking for. there are some nice artworks on the walls and a cool open concept community workspace down the lobby for individuals to share and interact.
