The hotel is located next to the main road and Punnawithi BTS station is in front of the hotel. The location is good, no noise from cars or trains. The air conditioner is cool, the bed is good and comfortable to sleep on, but the pillowcase has stains, the towels are like rags, the shower head is broken, water sprays in all directions, the drain is clogged, so I had to take a shower quickly and didn't dare to wash my hair because I was afraid the water would flood the room because the floor level difference at the shower is too low, the water flooded the floor until it came out of the bathroom door.

There is nothing around, only the noise and dust from the light rail station. The room is dimly lit and there is no hot water. I reported it to the front desk for two days but it was not resolved. I asked for an early check-out but they refused. It felt like they had finally tricked me, so how could they let me go so easily? I really couldn't stay there any longer. I had to lose the room fee for the next few nights and look for another place!
