The hotel looks modern from outside but beautiful classy style inside. Rooms are quite small but have elegance and are equiped with everything you need and very clean. VERY comfy bed and no noise or door slamming like in so many other hotels. Aircon can be adjusted and is not loud. Pool area has a small pool and very little sunchairs. But there is hardly any sun as the surrounding buildings often prevent the sun from shining to the pool area. Staff is very friendly (except for one (male with glasses) night auditor at reception (night from 1.-2. january, 2024) who wouldn' t even check capacity in the computer but instantly lied to my face stating to be fully booked when (at midnight) I asked in a friendly way about a late checkout for only 1 single hour the next morning. Even when I showed him I could still book 10 or more rooms on different hotel apps, he still wouldn't check his computer and insisted on his story and didn't move a finger stating not being able to grant a late check out. That's a complete no-go for a hotel like that, the more as I stayed with them several nights, and really ruins the friendly and hard work of his collegues who go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Maybe the management should have a serious word with him or at least teach him how to lie better... ). Breakfast is a lovely buffet with western and asian food (450 THB if not included). Location is a 10 min walk to BTS station or to Silom Rd.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on our stop over in Bangkok. As soon as we arrived we were so impressed; the lobby was super inviting and modern. The staff were so accommodating, friendly and attentive to our every need during our stay. We stayed on the 32nd floor and the views of Bangkok from our window were just insane, we had a perfect view of the sunset and at night time it just felt magical! We could even see the Mahanakon Sky walk from our room which wasn’t far from the hotel which we ended up visiting ( would recommend if you like heights and a roof top drink! ) The room was spacious, we had all our luxuries with coffee/ tea, hairdryer and even the small details of supplying some extra toiletries ( my girlfriend really appreciated these ! ) The room felt very modern and was a comfortable place for us to catch up on some work ( as we work online ) whilst feeling right at home. On that note the wifi is very fast! Whilst travelling around we love to make time to keep on top of our fitness and the hotel gym was perfect for our needs, great variety of equipment and floor space for yoga. The outdoor pool was perfect to chill out on the loungers and go for a dip with some scenic city views! We also had breakfast here and the variety of hot / cold food was good and the coffees were amazing! The omelette station was our favourite! We were told they are building a bar and restaurant for the 38th floor which wasn’t ready when we were there but that will definitely be such a nice touch! Gutted we couldn’t experience that, maybe next time when we come back to Bangkok. Location was very good, not far from shopping centres like icon Siam and central world ( about 10 min taxi ride ) and a few restaurants and cafes around the neighbourhood. It's also a 15 minute walk to Lumpini park. Would really recommend this hotel for comfort, location, wifi and just a really lovely stay! Can’t wait to come back! Lauren and Reece.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Montien for 3 weeks 2 months ago when on a company-booked trip. My room and bed were extremely comfortable and spacious, with plenty of natural light and unobstructed views, quality amenities including a Nespresso machine. The Montien decor is modern, Thai style and beautiful. The breakfast buffet is bountiful, with plenty of variety. Pierre Pelletier, the Area General Manager and his team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was outstanding! Then this month when my family and I planned a vacation to Bangkok I picked this hotel as our base. The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to the sky and underground trains, many must-go-to restaurants, cafes, Siam Paragon, temples, Chinatown, night walks and more. We were welcomed with incredible 5-star Thai hospitality. Special mention to Khun Nu, her front desk team and night manager Khun Jew for handling flight delays, airport transfers and arranging pick up of lost luggage, Khun Tik for his world-class warm welcomes, Max’s regular assistance and taxi coordination, the ever-helpful and polite bellmen, Beer remembering our morning coffee preferences, Kae at Ruenton restaurant for looking after us at dinners, friendly Tanya at the lobby bar, the housekeeping team for keeping our 3 rooms impeccable and everyone who made our Bangkok vacation so memorable! It felt like our home away from home and we enjoyed our time here so much!

At first I saw that the evaluation was particularly good. So I look forward to staying. Perhaps because of this, some disappointment is inevitable. This is a newly opened hotel with relatively few reviews across the entire network, so I decided to share it. First of all, the location is ok, there is still some distance from bts sky railway, the hotel is in a small road, very quiet, there are various snacks 7-11 at the intersection. The service attitude of the hotel staff is quite good. There is a Japanese restaurant next to the first floor, and breakfast is also eaten there, but the choice of breakfast is really poor, so I did n’t go there the next day. The room is not big, it is quite clean. Very modern decoration style. There is no window, a glass design is facing the outer corridor, and then decorated with some artificial green plant strips. The first floor seems to be 7 rooms, a total of four floors. On one side, there are 4 doors together, and on the other side, there are three doors together. The doors are very close to each other. This is a dislike. It feels like a fast hotel. At first I felt that the price ratio of more than 400 nights was not high, but later I found that the recent exchange rate was extremely poor ~ I went to Thailand almost 1: 5 or even better, this time 1: 4.1. Therefore, the hotels I chose before were all five-star hotels. This time I went to find that the prices of the hotels I stayed before were much higher ~ so I didn't choose ~ I looked at this one in general ~ Generally speaking, the price / performance ratio would not be particularly high ~ Because there are too many hotels in Bangkok ~ The location is ok and very new. Dissatisfaction: breakfast is not good, room doors are close together, smaller, hotel is smaller. Suitable for those who live for a day or two. If the requirements are high, those who want star experience are not recommended.

Overall, this place is really very good. The location was perfect for us. Only a short walk to Silom Road massage and reasonably priced laundry service. The hotel is only a short taxi ride to shopping centres. The hotel itself is very well maintained. The room was comfortable, and everything worked as it should. Our room was big enough, beds were good, and the room has quality wooden furniture. I think the staff could have been friendlier, but mostly did their job. Check in and check out was smooth. Breakfast was included, but there was only one choice, which was disappointing, but I understand if the hotel wasn't busy because covid restrictions have only just started to relax recently. One big problem at the moment is actually finding the place if you haven't been there before. This was our first time. The signage for the hotel is not clear. It was even harder to find because next door there is large building construction works going on. Noise wasn't a problem, but this meant the hotel is hidden behind two-storey high temporary walls surrounding the building site. As we arrived for check in it was pouring with rain and someone had illegally parked in front of the driveway leading to the hotel entrance. We had to drag our heavy luggage in the rain about 50 metres. Very unpleasant. The day before we checked out, I asked the hotel staff to arrange a taxi to take us to the airport. They said 2 options: $500 upfront or meter taxi. My partner demanded meter taxi because of past bad experiences. I didn't mind either way. On the day of checkout there was different staff and the concierge got a taxi from the street for us. The taxi driver put our luggage in the car, we hopped in and started heading to the airport. I then noticed the meter wasn't on. My partner demanded he put the meter on which then led to a very unpleasant experience. The driver refused to put on the meter. My partner said, ”Take us back to the hotel, we'll get another taxi.” We should have allowed more time for this, but we were pushed for time and so I negotiated with the driver. The entire drive from hotel to airport the driver was aggressive and tried to bully more money out of us. I had assumed the concierge had got a meter taxi. He hadn't. So that's really poor communication from the hotel which gave us a lot of stress. Lesson learned. In future, for airport trips in Bangkok I will pay a lot of money for a professional and trustworthy driver.

The hostel is a minimal style with quirky decorations, I loved the yellow, black white and grey colour scheme. The shared bathrooms were very clean and the showers were spacious and everything looked very new. The location is perfect, close to Lumpini park and two different metro lines. Very easy to get to the airport for my flight. There is a lot of shared space downstairs to use the internet, kitchen facilities and hang out. The security was very good too and the staff were friendly and helpful with printing flight documents, directions to shops I needed to visit and I was upgraded to a private room for both nights of my stay, even though there was only an issue with the first night booking. Khap kuhn kra BRB!

The enclosed private detached building has a wooden style that reflects the historical sense of the past. The rooms are clean and tidy, the courtyard is full of greenery, the butler-style service highlights the warmth, the friendly exchange gives exotic warmth, and a leisure place in the city.

This is beyond the function of an ordinary hotel or accommodation! Because this is the most humane hotel I have ever stayed in! During my stay, I unfortunately caught a ”cold” and successfully upgraded it to a ”fever”. The fever reached 39 degrees. Being in a foreign land and getting sick is the most miserable and tragic scene...! In stark contrast: the boss and the partners around him gave me meticulous care and attention, which made me feel like I had returned to my hometown, my own home! ! Help me cook porridge, even though they have never cooked it with a rice cooker; I want to drink ribs soup, but the ribs are already in front of me before I pass the idea; I can't eat anything, but bread, dumplings, fruits, etc. are already waiting in line You ”flop”! Oh my God, this is not a hotel! This is simply a love ❤ transit station. No matter whether you are coming from the south or the north, as long as you return to this home, everyone will be cared for, and everyone will give love back to everyone... I am deeply infected and inspired ! Therefore, such a large and sentimental house that was carefully built by the boss deserves to be owned by more good friends! Thank you, beautiful colorful home! !

Although the hotel room is a bit small, the external environment of the hotel is very good, and the location is very convenient, and the service attitude of the staff inside is very good. There is a bazaar near the hotel with lots of delicious food.
