Pathetic service by the staff. All are so indifferent and cold. Not at all cooperative. Food order takes atleast 45 min to be prepared.not at all satisfied. not worth paying 4.5k and charged 1k extra for early check in. Only good thing is the location of the property… centrally located.

Bathroom is too small and i got hurt many time. Dinner food quality is extremely poor and staff is not cooperative as i booked hotel through mmt. Payment received in advance worst

I was astonished at the look and feel, moreover felt like a begging station evryone was asking for tip for everything they do. I was surprised and shocked why did i even book that hotel. Poor and horrendous experience
