I booked 2 rooms during my recent stays in Bandung. We stayed for 4days & 3nights. My room was not in the condition that I expected. Upon entering the room, I smell smoke and later on I found out that the smoking area was actually in front of my room. Made a complaint and the receptionist was just a sweet talker. Stated that, they will remove the chairs and table at the smoking area. However, nothing was being done and I never made any complaints again. The second day after came back from sight seeing, notice that the toilet seat cover was badly broken. Not sure what happened as it was okay on the first day. I just ignored because I know that, the staffs were only a sweet talkers plus I was so tired after a long day out. I did request for a better room with window and non smoking room. But they said I must add some money as that room is a superior room. I did not want to argue and just proceed to stay at my current room. Overall, this hotel is a no go. Please avoid it and find other hotels with better services and room facilities.

In terms of cleanliness, it's pretty clean, there's just some hair left, it seems like I didn't clean it properly, and the blankets are damp as if they haven't dried yet, a lot of the bench area is also wet. If the bathroom is clean and dry, the toiletries are also complete, only one mat is missing in the bathroom, the soap leaks into the bathtub, The location is very strategic, everywhere is close, lots of places to eat near Alfamart and Indomart just walking distance The service is a bit long, I should have checked in at 2 o'clock until more than 3 o'clock, it's really bad when I get neglected That's it, when I came back from outside at night the elevator had an error even though my room was on the 6th floor. For hotel photos, the aesthetics are good

Hotel was great and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and i love the bathtub. The only tiny downside is that they provide mineral water in small bottles of 330 ml. Not sure why as it run out very quickly, and also means more plastic bottles consumed😅 Please change to bigger ones
