Location is fine, there are many restaurants but lack of supermarket and grocery store. All basic facilities is quite good, and the staff is nice. I would recommend this hotel to the other people.

Bed sheet, room conditions are very dirty, if someone shiuld stay here. I am not suggest you to stay. Be careful.

Good place to rest or stop by, the staff are friendly

I opened a room at this hotel for a friend who was stopping over in Balikpapan, I ordered via Trip.com with the Boutique Suite type, but when the friend arrived and checked in, he was given the room type below, because the friend thought that was the room, so he just accepted it. But when I stopped by that evening, I saw that the room was not suitable and when I complained, he said he didn't know what the boutique suite had ordered. Finally moved to a suitable room.
