So, it's hotel I dislike too. Not good location, staff asked to pay deposit 500 000, but not explain for what I should pay. I can't rent a scooter, close to hotel I didn't find any places with scooter rent. When I asked hotel staff for help, they find for me terrible scooter, brakes did not work, haven't holding for my phone, and price was too high. One thing was good-view from the roof, especially, sunset. Other I dislike.

Nice spacious room with shower & jacuzzi. Nice resturant serving hot food. Great Rooftop pool & bar.

We stayed here over Xmas, except the hour late check in. It was a really nice comfy stay, the rooftop pool & bar was so nice, staff superb friendly. I would stay again for sure.

We recently booked a 7 night stay at this hotel and had an incredibly disappointing experience. There was no hot water although the hotel had promised "24hour hot water", making it impossible to enjoy a decent shower. After raising this complaint, the hotel explained that hot water was used up and we will need to wait one hour for it to be heated, and likely this issue will be encountered again. As such, we decided to check out (did not even stay a night). Despite reaching out to the hotel manager multiple times to address this issue and request a refund, I received absolutely no response. The lack of hot water combined with the poor customer service left me feeling completely dissatisfied. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The surrounding transportation is convenient, there are many Chinese restaurants, and there are many bars and nightclubs nearby. The nightlife can be very exciting, and it is very convenient for fun or leisure.

I could not stay on my dates but I was visiting some friends, hotel and staff very good, pool on the roof beautiful!

Friendly hotel close to the gym, boxing and mma. Super friendly staff, nice rooftop pool. On the other hand problem of wifi which does not work very well. And need a scooter because quite far from moving places and the beach

Suite rooms are good, just horror. Maybe no one stays. So other creatures take a bath in the bathtub

location is not downtown because there is nothing It's inconvenient to eat or go out in the evening... service is good Breakfast was good too.
