3 star hotel at best. Found stains on bed sheets and towels. Dark moldy spots in the shower.

Multiple issues with room(s) Was upgraded however still had issues that weren’t attended to. Ignorance once upgraded. Maybe just a bad experience/unlucky. Booked with Trip.com expressed complaints was handled well by their Customer Service team - 80% Refund. If not happy - don’t let them get away with it!!!

Rooms were spacious and comfortable with nice bed and very quiet at night 🌙 Pool was okay with lots of chairs available. Breakfast was simple and basic in a hot area of the foyer. Staff were nice and helpful. This resort is far away from main eat st of seminyak. No l wouldn't stay here again as for $100 night not worth the money paid. I thought this place was new but it wasnt !!

Stayed for a week 2 older couples. Pros: The waiting staff were lovely, very gracious, friendly staff. Worked hard. Lunch by pool one day, reasonably priced and food was nice. Pool was lovely. Towels changed daily & bed made. Cons; Rooms dated, not cleaned adequately, smell in bathroom. Had to remove & scrub shower head on day 1 to clear jets!! Hot water was hit & miss, but not a problem as cool shower was nice 😊. Towels grey, worn/threadbare, quilt cover torn. Says seminyak but not so. Its near Batu? Beach 20 min walk over (dreadfully dirty) beach to seminyak or 20-40 mins by taxi! (traffic bad at times) we were in nusa dua before and expected beach to be the same(no way!) clientele mainly young who stay 1-3 nights we were the only ones who stayed a week and we are in our 60s. List in room telling you what you pay if you break/lose or stain anything NEVER have i seen this anywhere. They then charged us for 2 towels saying they were stained, i have a hearing impairment so they spoke with hubbie. I disputed this allegation strongly & refused to pay. After i left they basically bullied my husband who paid up!! They suggested fake tan! My husband is 70 I'm in my 60s! They told us about their list which i then found in a drawer. Treated disgracefully, in all our holidays this has never happened i treat all accommodation as if it was my own! my husband was then paranoid & when he nicked himself shaving panicked & washed the towel in the sink! Became paranoid checking towels. I can only assume this list is for young ones who may get tattoos (saw a few when we were there with dressings on tattoos) or party people. They stressed out hubbie. Lots of mosquito bites in the room at night, (big gaps in windows/doors). We took cab into seminyak 5 nights very cheap with bluebird or grab. But this hotel is not in or near seminyak

Gorgeous hotel but the staff make the experience, they cannot do enough for you 24 hours a day! Special mention to chippy who is always happy, don’t let him fool you into a game of table tennis he’s very good!! Will definitely staff here again, cannot recommend enough.

Lovely hotel. Great quiet location near the beach. Friendly helpful staff. Large room/bathroom with indoor couch and in-built day bed 24hr desk Great pool area Only issue I had was the electric kettle kept tripping the power when used, so not a room issue. Big fridge

I had an absolutely amazing stay here. I booked for 1 night at 1st as I wasn’t sure how it would be but I absolutely loved everything about it so I extended 2 more nights of my stay. They clean your room everyday. They even provided us with takeaway breakfast which we were going to miss as we had to leave very early in the morning for temple visit. Thank you so much for making my bali trip a great one.

Better than expect. Very good pool. there is no twin bed room but have very cozy space for take nap

Fabulous hotel , staff kind . Hotel clean and access to the beach . It is a quiet hotel but exactly what we wanted . Clean . Amazing will return .We stayed in a lagoon room , only downside would prefer two sun beds per room

A lovely hotel in typical Balinese style within a 5 minute walk to the beach. Wonderful staff at the hotel, very friendly and helpful. The bedrooms, although spacious are quite bland but do come with large walk in shower, large balcony with big sofa bench and table and chairs as well as small drying rack! A microwave, safe, fridge, freezer and tv (with Netflix) are in the room. The pool area is also very nice with swim up bar, sun beds and fresh towels. Cocktail quality varied depending on bar staff. The only downside I would say to the this hotel is the breakfast. The food is very lukewarm at best. They do have an egg station where eggs can be cooked any style which is very nice and alongside the bread which can be freshly toasted, a decent enough breakfast can be had.

Friendly staffs and quiet resort. Could improve on the food though. At the price, I am not complaining. Would consider coming back again.
