Overall was excelent. But it was taking a long time for check in. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was great!!

Loving the spacious bedroom and bathroom as well in this hotel. The pool's also huge one. The lighting, the location, everything were spot on. Maybe only the breakfast just so so. Note if you took an elderly with you, maybe you can request a room near by the lift because the hotel is quite big but the lift is only on one spot.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I'm so happy to upgrade my room to the pool view and have balcony as well. Very satisfied with the room service, the food here never fails 👌💕

The hygiene is very poor. The bed linen and quilt cover are dirty, with yellow stains. The towel is reddish brown, very dirty. The last guest did not change it after using it, with a bad smell and a strong smell of inferior perfume. 卫生很差，床单被罩很脏，有很黄的污渍，毛巾是红褐色的，很脏，上一个客人用完没有换，带着臭味和很浓的劣质香水味

The hotel is beautiful!! The food is great quality and real value for money. The staff, the staff are the most incredible staff ever. So helpful and so friendly, always! It’s actually such a pleasure to be around them, always greeted with big smiles. I loved it here, if I ever had to come back to Bali, no doubt I’d stay here again. Amazing hotel!

Nice hotel, nice food, first time to Bali so can’t say if food and drinks were well priced, felt like drinks we a bit overpriced. Service was really good for the first couple days then dropped off dramatically. Was very few visits from staff asking if we wanted drinks and food, and the wait times for delivery were as long as 20mins for drinks for the pool side service. Was a bit far from Seminyak square for us and cost 60,000IDR per taxi ride so 120,000 round trip every time you went out. Would likely look elsewhere next time

Room is a bit dated but clean so had a good stay at this hotel. Breakfast buffet alone makes you get your money's worth!

Did I hate the place? No, I didn't, it was very cheap and comfortable... Would I stay there again? Not really, I'd rather pay a few more dollars for a better place. The hotel is cheap, so I can't complain much, but be aware that even though the hotel is near Ubud central, it's not easy to get there. The road to get to the hotel is so bad but so bad that every single time I took a taxi I got embarrassed and could actually see the look at the driver's face... I have the impression that there was a landslide near by, but can't say for sure. The pictures on the website are mostly made on the computer, forget about the nice lighting and the rice field that they show on the picture, it's actually not there. The bathroom also looks very old.

Things are good for traveling alone or with friends. Maybe not that suitable for family. Otherwise, everything was good

Big hotel offering a very big selection of services and In a nice location away from kuta and the noise. Did have problems with Australian young men and drunkard behaviour but apart from that all good clean rooms helpful staff. Breakfast is very good massive selection and coffee can be purchased at special price at breakfast for 20rp the bar is good but quite expensive but to be expected of resort hotels the gym is small and could do with better equipment. The pool is nice and lots of space to be comfortable. Free shuttle is available on request but you need to book day before

The location was way too off, very far from the Center and beach. It’s isolated and Gojek and grab have difficulties reaching the hotel. The breakfast is really substandard. Staff is good though. I wouldn’t suggest this property to anyone.
