This place could be great and some parts are, it’s a vast site and lovely grounds, the pool area is brilliant, some of the activities are good although expensive for what they are. Our apartment, a ‘VIP’ one was very basic, tired, torn furniture and a bit grotty, kitchen only good for very basic meals, generally dark and gloomy, not helped by half the lights not working, we asked repeatedly at reception for this to be resolved but never was, the staff don’t really seem to care, some guests had it worse with ant infestations. We brought our bikes which I wouldn’t bother doing unless you plan to go a bit further afield on them as all the main areas are bike free and you cycle on the outer roads and leave the bike in bike parks, quicker to walk in most cases. It is very well placed near to Disney if that’s why you are coming. A lot of reviews say European centre parcs are cheaper than UK ones, if this place is the norm I can see why, you get what you pay for.
