Very nice hotel with good facilities, lots of pools, gym & places to grab drinks.
Definitely a work in progress with not everything being open.
Majority of staff did the bare minimum. Porters were the only ones going above what was expected & they were extremely helpful.
Both breakfast & lunch buffet are overpriced for what they are- the food restaurants not part of the hotel outside however, are very good quality with huge portion sizes & much cheaper.
Location is in the middle of nowhere but good if you don’t want to be visiting things & just want a family resort.

It was so good
However, there is nothing around. There is a supermarket and two places, a pho restaurant and a restaurant.
The swimming pool was the best
I think I'll go again next time. I felt healed.

Electric cars are not enough to move around
The room has a strong odor
When there is a power outage, there is no generator for the room, only electricity in the hallway and the room does not have a fan to support the power outage if there is a generator.
No apology or notification about the power outage
When checking in, the reception hall does not have any welcome drinks.
The room only has 2 small bottles of free mineral water, no tea or coffee.

New hotel, clean rooms, many swimming pools. There seemed to be a lot of comments about the long wait, but the day I went, the staff handled check in and out... quite quickly. The wait for the tram is a bit long, so you can take the escalator down to the main lobby. The minus point is that there is quite a bit of parking, with the location being quite far from the center

Awesome hotel with many pools, its own beach and restaurant. The coolest thing is the pool on the 25th floor with a gorgeous view. Nearby are shops and cafes. The only thing I didn’t like was the poor selection of goods in the store, inflated prices, but the place is amazing, 15 km from Mui Ne.

Hotel The room is big and clean. Very comfortable. I purchased a package with breakfast, but the front desk said that I could only choose Western or Vietnamese style, and not the buffet. I was a bit unclear, but I couldn’t communicate with them. Forget it, I chose one. But when you see locals, you can eat the buffet. 🙄
