I recently stayed In Austin due to a delay in my flight, the airport was kind enough to give me this hotel which at first I was stressed out about because usually at 1 o’clock in the morning There is no one at the front desk, helping me with all my needs but the front desk lady Samantha was the best. She made sure I got up on time for my flight. She did not only call for the transportation back to the airport. She was able to direct me to where I’d be picked up from the airport to the hotel, which was great and less stressful, I was able to at least sleep three hours before I had to go back to the airport and Samantha even helped me by waking me up and making sure I had hot coffee! Could not ask for better customer service, especially at so late of the night! Thanks again for the stress-free stay!

This hotel is so clean and absolutely well kept. My stay was very relaxing and comfortable. Big thanks to the kind lady Sam, that checked me in . She made the check in process after a long day of traveling a breeze and was very knowledgeable with my questions and or concerns. She went above and beyond to make sure the others who were there were also attended to. My room was clean and very cute with all necessary amenities a sweet would have. They also have a refreshment room downstairs by the lobby. Our shuffle drivers Rodney and Terrence were so kind and professional and worked in such a timely manner to ensure we go to the airport ahead of time for flights. All around such a lovely service from this hotel. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Had a massive amount of problems any time we had to swap rooms during our extended stay, luckily a man at the front desk, Kelly, was around to help us out. He was the only one who could quickly and easily get us in and out of rooms or sticky situations.

Martha responded perfectly to our needs while staying at the Candlewood suites near the airport. I like the added security of using your room key to operate the elevator. Free parking is nice also. Great Great Great Great Great experience!

Martha was very pleasant and helpful, explaining the programming and helping me sign up. very nice facilities and they checked me in early, great place to visit, i usually use Southwest site, but IHH has benefits. thank you Martha for your help

This place is really nice. And very clean. It seems like it's New. Ariel was working the front desk when I arrived after a bad experience of missing my flight home. And I was a ball of stress. But after talking and working with Ariel, my stress level decreased and I went to my clean room for the evening, she was my angel. Calm professional, and extremely nice. Just what I need after my ordeal. Ariel keep up what you are doing and the sky is the limit. Ariel is amazing.

I had the WORST experience with KELLY in the Front Desk here I didn't even get the chance to even check into our room! Our apartment is having plumming issues so they located me and my family of three children at this hotel on 5/13/24! We were not even in the lobby more than 10 mins waiting to get checked in my 3 YEAR OLD AUTISTIC SON is running around a bit being loud for a 3yr old (nothing out of the norm like climbing on furniture or anything like that) and when it comes to my turn KELLY looks at my son and tells me "Is he going to be a problem? Bc this is quiet hotel with alot of workers!" Mind you were were in there less than 10 mins! I 100% understand if we were in our room and my son is being loud etc. But to not even give us the chance or find different wording! That is unacceptable! OBVIOUSLY KELLY HAS NEVER BEEN AROUND CHILDREN ESPECIALLY CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS! Kelly your a disgrace to this company!!!!!! Shame on you! Also NATE the manager didn't even apologize only said "would you like to stay at our sister hotel" HELL NO I WOULD NOT IF THAT STAFF IS ANYTHING LIKE KELLY!

We had to stay at Candlewood because our flight was cancelled. It was a very nice hotel! Everything was clean and well kept. The staff was so friendly, Ariel was very helpful at the front desk. She made us feel welcome after a very long day and answered all of our questions!
