Hygiene: Very clean, the waiter cleans every day
Environment: Located in a bustling area of the city center but very quiet, within walking distance of the Georgia Aquarium and the Coca-Cola Museum
Facilities: The equipment is very new and the coffee machine is very good👍
Service: Includes $50 Credit for ByGeorge breakfast on the first floor, super breakfast, dinner tastes very good too👍

It is always a pleasure to stay at The Candler. This is my favorite hotel in Atlanta. The staff is constantly the best service oriented staff of any hotel I have ever stayed in, and we travel a lot. Jerome, the head Bellman is a gem! The front desk staff is fabulous too. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this lovely hotel and all the people that work there. It is simply 5⭐️

The Candler is a great hotel except we had to take cold showers all week. We told the front desk and they offered a $50 bar credit. No thanks

This is a special hotel, from the beautiful and well run restaurant, to the nicely appointed room...The front desk staff, particularly Dwight, were welcoming and professional. The king size bed was super comfortable.... Traveled here on business and this will be my choice moving forward!

it was a lovely hotel and location but they were a bit understaffed for the event that we were participating in, which made some of the service slow and inadequate for moving people through check in and check out in a timely fashion.
