Hotel is good. It could be finished on it. If serious, then comments, largely not. Good rooms, very well-equipped staff, delicious breakfasts. Outside, something inexplicably resembles Turkish hotels, but it is subjective. I recommend.

We stayed for two nights. In general it’s a positive experience The location is good. It’s very close to major attractions and there are plenty of restaurants around We also like their breakfast. They have pretty good selection. Room is standard and not much to highlight. The wall is a bit thin. Someone on our floor snoozed the alarm for an hour and we were awaken by it in the early morning

I had intended to spend four nights at this hotel. However, I checked out after only two nights, as I had trouble sleeping due to club music coming from the hotel and/or surrounding area. I stayed in rooms 1107 & 1605. I didn't want to checkout, as the hotel, on every level, was excellent, specific to staff, service, room quality, gym, spa (I had one treatment), club lounge, and food. I would have rated the hotel 5 stars without hesitation, but, I lowered my rating because of the noise. If you're not bothered by such noise nuances, stay at this hotel!

Totally enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Considering the price, its location is perfect, just some walks away from the key landmarks in Astana, like the tent mall. Very safe location as well, even as I was walking after sun down. The bed & room was comfortable enough. I’d like kudos to the male receptionist when I checked in on the 21st, very friendly & even provided me with shopping tips on where to get the stuff I wanted & needed in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again when I come back in town

I've spent 10 days in Sheraton Astana in October 2023. Me and my mom had 2 separate club rooms and both of us really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located next to all the attractions, parks, and a huge shopping mall. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and spacious. The club room serves excellent food for breakfast and dinner, and offers soups for lunch. The spa is great as well. But the best part of staying at the hotel is interactions with the staff. Everyone is helpful, polite, has a nice, positive vibe, and truly cares about their guests. All the little issues that we had were resolved promptly and readily. We spent a lot of time in the club room and I would like to thank all the staff there for taking a great care of us. I want to especially mention Olzhas the club lounge manager who made every visit to a club room enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is excellent. And a wonderful breakfast too. This is where the positives of the hotel end. It's amazing that the reception listens to you and does nothing. 1) The room was booked for two, the room has one bathrobe and one slippers. Why? They asked to bring everything for the second person, they never waited. 2) The door to the bathroom did not close in the room, again a call to the reception, they really did it. 3) The room was not cleaned and vacuumed and dusted for a week (photo attached). 4) Bed linen was not changed every day, as it was supposed to be, I specifically asked at the reception, but they were changed only when I urgently asked for it. 5) There were no cosmetic wipes in the room, we asked for 5 of them !!!! days, on the 6th day they brought them to us. 6) The window with a beautiful view of the city is dirty, it should be washed. 7) The bar has a menu with different prices. How is this possible? 8) The water in the jacuzzi is cold. We asked the girl who works there about the reason for the cold water, she said that it was broken. And you can list for a long time. Friends, this is a 5 star hotel and you don't live up to those stars. You need to pay attention to the requests and feedback of your guests.

The COMMANDING ... Astana ... The hotel is generally good, but does not pull up to 4* It all started with the fact that we and my colleague arrived at 6 a.m. and settled at 7 a.m. to the hotel. When I entered the room, my room was completely dirty and not cleaned. I was offered another family room, but there were no windows in it at all. I insisted and I was taken off my room and I got crazy. My colleague did not close the window, from the first time they could not close and already wanted to offer another room, but the window was closed miraculously))))) In general the room was spacious, but we were at the temperature on the street - 20-30C in the room was terribly cold, Batteries didn't work. In the bath there is no clutch but only glass on half, not convenient, a lot of wool falls on the floor, too there is no dryer, it's a crash simple! Breakfast is very scarce, melts little on the plate, brings little food. In general hotel norms, but there is better!!!

This is a very new, clean hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good buffet breakfast. Rooms are small, but attractive. However there is very limited shelves or storage space if you travel with more than basic luggage. We were there in April and could not control the room temperature that was uncomfortably warm even with the window open.

I am really impressed with the kindness, hospitality and service from all the staff at this excellent modern hotel - in an excellent location. Flawless stay. Beautiful suite with really nice welcome of Kazakh wine and a souvenir Yurt in my suite. Meticulously clean, comfortable and really good value too. Can't say enough good things about this superb hotel. Hilton driver met me at airport. Really kind warm welcome. Local tourist suggestions given by front desk. Excellent recommendations. One special employee deserves mention as the friendliest and kindest breakfast waiter I have met in years. Deserves ”Employee of the month”. He delivered the most kind, genuine Kazakh hospitality and just made me feel so welcome. I have a photo below but can't remember his name unfortunately. Highest recommendation for this wonderful hotel - a beautiful building made perfect by truly outstanding, committed and very hard working staff. Excellent English spoken by all I met. Well done and genuine thanks for your kindness and hospitality.
