Excellent quality/price ratio and very beautiful and well-kept structure. A nice place to spend a weekend. The proximity to Assisi, Spello and Rasiglia is also convenient. Advise!!

Posto meraviglioso. Appena arrivati ci ha accolto un profumo inebriante di rose. Il viale era sommerso di rose di ogni tipo e di colore. Giardino curato. Camera davvero bella e bagno appena rifatto nuovo. La signora che ci ha accolta il mattino successivo davvero gentile e simpatica!!

Quando arrivi ti dicono che la spa non è agibile, ogni giorno danno una motivazione diversa. Riscaldamento spento, anche nei bagni, siamo stati due giorni con gli asciugamani bagnati. Nella suite la televisione non si vede perché non arriva il segnale, il wifi non prende, non c'è segnale.

Casale immerso nel verde ma non curato. Dopo le 20 la reception chiude e i clienti sono abbandonati a se stessi. Esperienza da dimenticare ho fatto il guardiano la notte per paura di qualche male intensionato anche perché ero l'unico cliente, chiedo spiegazioni ma rispondono " tanto non è successo mai niente"

Casale immerso nella campagna umbra, dove sicuramente potrete trovare pace e serenità. L’area esterna è molto bella e curata, soprattutto la piscina. Per quanto riguarda la struttura in sè, certamente si nota che avrebbe bisogno di maggior manutenzione. La nostra camera era piccola e piena di arredi antiquati che rendevano l’ambiente ancora più cupo e angusto. La seconda notte il climatizzatore ha smesso di funzionare. Attenzione che all’intento della struttura non era attivo il servizio ristoro (mancanza comunque segnalata correttamente in fase di prenotazione ) Avremmo voluto segnalare queste problematiche alla proprietà ma in fase di check out (possibile solo dopo le 9.) c’era soltanto la signora addetta alle pulizie che ringraziamo per gentilezza e disponibilità Ringraziamo anche il ragazzo della reception per la cordialità e disponibilità Concludendo, il posto ha grandi potenzialità ma andrebbe manutenuto meglio.

Posto incantevole in mezzo alla natura peccato che non sia curato per niente. Finestre con zanzariere rotte per non parlare della scarsa o assente pulizia. Colazione bocciatissima, infatti dopo la prima mattina nonostante l avessimo inclusa nel prezzo siamo andati sempre fuori a farla. Bella la zona piscina, ma le sdraio? Vogliamo cambiare quelle bucate? Una nota positiva al ragazzo della reception, cordiale e disponibile a differenza della collega. Qualità prezzo assente, nel senso che la qualità non c'è ma il prezzo è alto. Peccato!
