入所を控えた高齢の母を連れての思い出づくりの一泊旅行でした。移動での配慮や声掛けをスタッフの皆さんがその都度してくださりありがたかったです。特に夕食の際、フルコースを食べきれない母が中盤頃に「もう食べられない、ご馳走さま」とお給仕の度に思うままに発言しましたが、スタッフの方がお若いのにさりげなくうまく受けとめて優しく声を掛けてくださり、私たちはありがたく感服いたしました。とても気持ちいい対応と感じました。

Located in an old street, the accommodation is planned using several old houses. When you walk into the hotel, from the lobby, passages to the rooms, you can completely feel the a**osphere of the old houses. However, it was a bit unnerving to see the ancient beams in the room that were slightly cracked. When winter comes, maybe because of the old house, it will feel cold indoors, so the heating must be turned on very strongly. If you live in a room with two floors, because the heating is on the second floor, even if the second floor is warm However, since the stairs and bathroom facilities on the first floor are not heated, you have to face a slightly colder environment when you need to go to the toilet or take a shower at night or in the middle of the night. The hotel provided a small heating fan in front of the bathroom, which was a little helpful. The dishes in the restaurant all have local characteristics. It depends on personal preference. The taste may not be acceptable to everyone. But overall, the service quality of the hotel is still at a certain level, and the reception desk is also very friendly. We happened to meet the local morning market on the second day, and the reception desk specially reminded us that we can use the time to go shopping in the morning market. The hotel provides pick-up and drop-off services to Yakake Station or Shin-Kurashiki Station, which is very convenient!

The accommodation and hot springs have been combined while retaining the townscape, and all of the rooms have a charming a**osphere, making it a very happy space. I think it would be better if the surrounding restaurants were more lively so that more people could enjoy them, but I would like to return just for the accommodation.

It was very clean and I had a comfortable time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much.

The customer service was very polite and the a**osphere was relaxing. The room was spacious and had a retro feel, which I really liked. The streets surrounding the hotel were also a**ospheric, and the hotel was welcoming and friendly to tourists, making me feel warm and at home!

It's the perfect place to experience the old-fashioned a**osphere of a quiet post town.

The service was just right. The inn is located in the middle of a quiet town.

Despite our unreasonable requests, they were accommodating.
