Since you are traveling by car, you don’t have to be near public transportation. But the location of the hotel is pretty good. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the famous Genghis Khan Barbeque for dinner. The location is great with AEON and many restaurants nearby, JR station is also within walking distance. Too bad there's no free parking from the hotel but there's a few choices of paid parking areas around the hotel, the parking area without roof opposite hotel is cheaper than the one in the building. Sleep wear and deodorize spray are provided. Public bath is clean. All the basic amenities are provided. Clean, new and well maintained hotel. Overall happy with my stay here.

It is a short walk from JR Asahikawa Station, and there are several convenience stores around. The size of the room is not small for the price, and the minimum amenities are available. Considering that, I think Cospa is also good. But something unprecedented happened that I had never experienced before. I went sightseeing for a few hours after checking out, so when I tried to leave my luggage, I was refused. First experience using more than 100 business hotels. I was stunned by shock.

I originally liked route inn the most in the business hotel chain. If you are traveling alone, you don't have to be so careful. Japan is grateful that clean business hotels are developing to medium-sized cities. However, in Honshu, route-in is often difficult to use by rail (car location), but in Hokkaido, route-in is often in front of the station, so it is easy to use. When you leave Asahikawa Station, which creates a comfortable space with plenty of trees, you can't get lost because the route in front of Grand Asahikawa Station rises in front of you. On the left side of the station, there is also an AEON MALL equipped with a cinema complex, so you can enjoy buying souvenirs, buying travel supplies, and watching road show movies on your travels. The good thing about the route inn is that you can watch paid satellite broadcast WOWOW for free on the TV in the room. The front desk is on the 3rd floor. It is not open 24 hours on the first floor (business hours 7:00 ～ 22:00, closed on January 1), but there is a convenience store ”Seiko Mart” with many supporters in Hokkaido. The lobby on the front floor is very large. After checking out, I adjusted the time here because I had a little time to get on the train. Isn't it convenient to meet in Asahikawa, which is exceptionally cold in winter? People may have different tastes, but I can sleep well in the route-in bed. I think it's because it's not fluffy. It depends on the location of the room, but from the room I stayed, I could see the train departing and arriving at Asahikawa Station. There is Tenjinkyo natural hot spring ”Traveler's Hot Spring” on the 17th floor of the top floor. The big bath stretches your legs and heals the fatigue of the trip. I entered twice at night and in the morning. The hotel has a large communal bath of another major hotel chain in Hokkaido, and the rooms have only a r shower booth, but it is also good to have a bathroom with a bathtub properly. It's not a special luxury hotel, but I think it's the best hotel as a business hotel. I think it can be used for business, sightseeing and multipurpose purposes. Next time, if you have a chance to come to Asahikawa, this is the hotel you want to choose first.

１ I stayed １ at a time when there was a lot of snow in late month. It is located quite far from the pleasure town of Asahikawa, and it is located on the opposite side of the central town from Asahikawa station, so this point is the reason why the overall evaluation was lowered. However, the room size was enough for one person to stay, clean and comfortable. Although the hot spring is also a little dissatisfied with the time zone of men and women, the quality of the spring was good and I was able to spend a very pleasant time. It was good that there was soup curry in breakfast and I felt like Hokkaido. Of course, I think it depends on the time, but I was able to spend １ nights at a price that can be said to be a tax ４, ５００ yen and a break on the weekday in late １ I stayed.

Currently here at the hotel n is my 5th day. Twin room is big. Facilities r good. Staff are polite and helpful. I commented that the lounge coffee does not allow to take up to the room n so I asked the staff to recommend nearby cafes. After that there was a notice stating guests can bring up e lounge coffee if they like. Wow so impressive that they pick up the feedback immediately. Location is gd with jr station, intercity buses n taxi stand right beside the hotel. Amenities r gd. I used the laundry facilities and you can exchange coins with the reception counter. Everything so convenient n pleasant. I can view the mountains from my room. I will stay again.

The location is good right next to the JR asahikawa station! The hotel comes with a decent Japanese communal bath that opens throughout the night. However, the parking location entrance can be bit tricky to find.
