Court Hotel Asahikawa

A decent transit hotel for skiing, overall good. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the station. The streets were covered in heavy snow, making it difficult to walk with luggage. It's just that the price has increased significantly compared to a few years ago.

Overall, it's a good experience. The room is quite spacious, and the price is reasonable. There aren't many hotel options in Asahikawa, but this one is suitable for families and is also conveniently located near the city center.

Due to frequent JR cancellations during my arrival, I considered canceling my Asahikawa trip. Despite multiple attempts to communicate with the hotel and the platform, and providing JR's official cancellation notice, the hotel's firm refusal to issue a refund was truly disappointing. The hotel itself is decent; its strengths are its direct visibility from Asahikawa Station and the spacious rooms. There's a more famous hotel across the street, but overall, the hotel's facilities are quite old, and the experience wasn't particularly cozy. It's acceptable as a stopover for exploring the surrounding areas.
