Sem dúvidas minha estadia foi sensacional assim como na primeira vez, quando falo de búzios só consigo lembrar de royal turquesa pra ficar, quartos ótimos e aconchegantes e funcionários maravilhosos, sem dizer a localização que é bem perto de tudo ❤️

Hotel Royal Turquesa cumpriu as expectativas em relação ao atendimento dos colaboradores (principalmente da Kelly),vista da praia e assistência ao cliente. Porém as acomodações do quarto e estrutura física são um tanto quanto antigas. Pontos a serem considerados: Chuveiro muito bom. Uber facilmente. Em torno de 800 metros da praia ( bastante subidas).

Do momento que chegamos até próximos de ir embora, era a pousada dos sonhos: vista maravilhosa, quartos espaçosos, limpo, organizado, um bom café da manhã, piscinas ótimas. Mas, quando no momento do check out pedimos para deixar as malas na pousada, eles disseram que não fariam e teriam que pegar autorização. Perguntamos se podíamos ficar na área comum da recepção para aguardarmos o horário do ônibus, o recepcionista disse que não poderíamos ficar na área comum. Não adianta ter uma mega estrutura, e não ter um atendimento humanizado e empático com seus clientes, que pagam uma diária cara.
