I'm sorry to write a negative review, but I believe there are some negative aspects that users should be made aware of. given that the location is central, and this unfortunately makes the apartment very noisy, also due to the old fixtures and therefore the terrible soundproofing. my room was Gnicche, large and spacious with table football, the sore point was in addition to the smell of sewage in the bathroom, the system they use for flushing the toilet, which involves a water refill with a deafening noise, same thing if you want to use running water. so if I wake up and my husband and children are asleep, I cannot use the drain or use the water from the sink because this would mean waking up the whole family with that deafening noise from their plumbing system. furthermore, both duvets had blood stains and the lunch placemats were dirty with sauce. the thing that disappointed me is that when a customer feels bad, at least there is a discount on the final price, to compensate for the inconvenience. this however did not happen, despite having stayed 3 nights

I had a terrible time, the suite on the bridge was in full disrepair, old, with the smell of sewer reverberation, and poop in the shower. Broken sheets, uncomfortable and low mattress and I paid 160 euros

The lady who runs it is very kind and helpful, she is also well organized for handing over the keys etc. The location is central but inconvenient if you arrive by car because the nearest car park is a 15 minute walk away. However, if you arrive by train I imagine it is perfect because it is attached to the station. The rooms are not bad and also the cleanliness, the two big flaws are that for breakfast you pay an extra 5 euros for only the sweet one and 9 euros to also have the savory one, which is poor. Then it's not the best for light sleepers because the windows and doors are very thin: you can hear ambulances and noises from outside all night. The rooms are air conditioned and everything works properly but the lift is claustrophobic and I don't recommend taking it. So all in all pretty good.

Central location, lift too small to go up with suitcases. Clean but minimal room. Nice terrace, but needs to be cleaned. All in all it's still fine for one night. I cannot rate breakfast as it is not included.
