Excellently located near to Arezzo station, friendly host, great terrace where one can scoff down your breakfast or have a beer in the sun from the rooftops.(Seasonal adjustments apply!) Well priced too...

The reception usually closes at 7.00 p.m. Our train did not get there until 8.00 p.m. and they kept reception open for us.
The only negative we have is that we did not receive clear instructions on the location. There are two exits to the train station. It would help to know which one to take. While I had a street and number, very few buildings have numbers. Even though we asked for directions several times, we were sent the wrong direction three times, before we finally found it. In the dark it is really difficult to find.

Once you get past the sulfurous odor of the building's ground floor and not knowing whether the slow-moving elevator is actually operating, the property is fine. Rooms are well-managed and clean. Breakfast buffet is more than sufficient. Management is helpful and pleasant.

A stones throw from the train station! Don’t expect an impressive frontage. There is none! Just remember the street number! Lift up to 6th floor and magic begins. Elena wonderful host. Nothing too much trouble. Kind, generous and thoughtful to our needs. Large comfortable breezy terrace amid flowers and plants and use the adjacent kitchen if you want! Double Room immaculate and air con. Memorable short stay.

The CameraCaffe is a small, boutique hotel across the street from the Arezzo train station making it an ideal location especially if you're traveling by train. It's located in an office building so it's not recognizable on the street. The hotel has a charming rooftop garden where you can relax and where they have tables set up for breakfast that offer tremendous views of the city. The proprietor, Elena, and her staff were warm and welcoming. The room was basic, small (I was traveling on business solo) and very clean. Breakfast on the rooftop was a wonderful experience.

We blindly selected CameraCaffè because it was located conveniently only 1/2 block from the train station. So we were doubly delighted to discover that it was so clean and our hosts so friendly and helpful. The incredible view from their rooftop patio was an added bonus.

A squalor Mold Dated systems with leaks Stinky Poor The worst place I've ever slept in, the room they assigned me isn't even present here on TA or on other comparison sites and to my request for a room replacement the "kind" host has also had to say! If the Nas go there, they have them shut down immediately. Squalido

Excellent B&B very convenient for the center of Arezzo. The cleanliness is impeccable, the terrace is spacious and a feast for the eyes. There is an equipped kitchen available. The breakfast is great. Added to all this is the courtesy, kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I found myself very well.
