The guy at the reception was very friendly at check-in and tried to help us at all times.
The double rooms are very good size and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is also very good in size and well equipped. The views from the balcony are unbeatable, it is a great place to enjoy the sunrise. It is true that being next to the train stop, you will hear the trains in the morning. But it's really worth it to be awake at that time, especially so you don't miss breakfast, which was my favorite part. Very varied and abundant, of good quality.
I wouldn't give it a 10 for cleanliness but overall it's fine. I would definitely give this hotel a higher rating than what appears on the internet, quality and price is great, especially if you book it with one of the trip.com discounts.

Perfect location to go by train, it is just outside the RENFE station. The hotel is big but the corridors to go to the rooms are confusing. The perfect room, with a balcony, TV, air conditioning and a full bathroom. The cleaning of the regular room since in the shower we found some hair and a bug. Lo que no me ha gustado ha sido mi hija ir coger agua con su botella para beber en el desayuno pues ella no toma en vaso solamente en su botellita y un funcionario del restaurante la ha regañado le dije que no podría y le enseña un cartaz pegado que está al lado. Mi hija ya es muy tímida y se ha quedado muy constrangida y ya no quise beber el agua más por el regaño. A pocos minutos después veo 2 personas mayores con sus botellitas rellenando antes de salir de comedor y nadie los dijo nada, fatal regañar a un niño que solo cogía agua en su botellita para consumir en el próprio restaurante mientras desayunaba!!
