We booked in advance as a group of friends and family to spend the first week of Jan 2023 together. Though the hotel seemed simple on the website it was very well presented and seemed clean so a good choice for a family gathering. The reality is vey far from their website, hotel needs a huge revamp. Rooms though resonabky clean are old, very very dated and in need of significant maintenance. The choice of food at the pool is limited and expensive and you have to pay to get a towel to use at the pool. The bathrooms are particularly old and with no storage. I am sympathetic to the staff who are trying their best but the infrastructure and maintenance is just not there

The staff and service were great. The room was old and stuck in the 80's at best. The window AC was old and falling apart. The floor tiles were worn out in some parts. There were patches of mud (dry wall compound) on some parts of the wall that were not even sanded. The bathroom had black mildew around the shower stall. The bathroom was a Jack and Jill, but one of the doors was very hard to close. The windows were original to the era, so lots of wind would sneak in and the room was cold. They could have used a rubber gasket around the ends to ensure guest comfort. The breakfast buffet was so-so. Cold cuts included cheese and ham only. Only two types of fruit: papaya and cantaloupe. The coffee was bitter. Breads and cakes were very good. Location is hard to find at night, but the view and outdoor facilities are very nice. The view of the ocean is beautiful. There are two adjacent restaurants to the hotel and they looked very nice and clean. We did not eat there because our stay was very short. Overall, I do not think I would go back there. I give the place 2 stars because of the neglect.

Local com visual indescritível. Mas o atendimento é ruim. O time da recepção é ótimo. No entanto, o atendimento do Bistrô é terrível. Pedimos mais um copo e o garçom virou as costas. Atendentes não dão um sorriso e não dão boa noite. Quartos razoavelmente confortável.

Fiquei hospedado nas cabanas e me decepcionei. Estrutura velha, cheiro de velho, Wi-Fi não pegava e nem área direito, iluminação péssima. Não tinha como ficar ali, só pra dormir mesmo. Único ponto bom da cabana é que o ar funcionava (mínimo k). Café da manhã era bom. Atendimento de uma mulher péssimo na recepção, mas tinha um menino super atencioso e rápido. Única coisa que aproveitamos foi a parte externa do hotel

,pior estadia da minha vida. os banheiros fedem a esgoto os quartos são sujos mau atendimento e a comida é ruim frigobar enferrujado a piscina térmica tem limo por toda a parede e a de fora tem as bordas amarelas de tanta sujeira fora as pulseiras que além de serem inúteis são super desconfortáveis , as únicas coisas boas deste hotel é a localização e o senhor do café fora isso

Pior hotel da vida! Hotel fede muito,banheiros pessimos e podres,gerente mas serve para boneco de posto do que para qualquer outra coisa,quando solicitamos sua atenção deu de costas literalmente para os hóspedes,nos deixando falar sozinhos,sentimento de enganação,fotos que se tem do hotel não correspondem a sua estrutura,tirando o senhor Domingos que atende no café e a senhora da cozinha,o resto não serve nem pra bosta! Esse hotel está igual ao titânic! Sinto pelas pessoas que ainda terão essa péssima experiência!

Gostei que havia "leite de soja" no café da manhã, boa opção para pessoas que tenham problemas com o leite comum. No primeiro café havia leite com baixa lactose mas no segundo dia não havia mais. Alguém tem que cuidar isso. Muitas opções de distração, tipo sala de jogos, essas coisas. Piscina térmica é boa opção em dias mais frios. Área externa bem cuidada, atendimento de LETÍCIA e ANY muito bom.

Seguramente um dos piores hotéis em que já me hospedei. Tudo é ruim - o estado de conservação, a alimentação, a higiene. Mas o pior de tudo são as acomodações. O apartamento é horroroso, apenas com uma cama, um guarda-roupas velho e sujo e um frigobar enferrujado. O vaso sanitário manchado. O box do chuveiro não tem nem lugar para colocar um sabonete. Toalhas ásperas e com cheiro rançoso. Como se não bastasse, ainda obrigam os hóspedes a usar uma pulseira desconfortável para identificaçao, como se aquele desastre fosse um resort! A única coisa que se salva ali é a localização e a vista - belíssima!
