Dirty place, bathrooms in poor condition. The mattresses are old and have lots of holes. The accommodations are the worst possible, you sleep poorly and the next day you can't do anything. Don't fall for this nonsense, because you will regret it.

This is NOT a hotel, it is within a tourist complex where the hotel rents rooms. The worst thing we have had to live through, horrible experience, not even worth half a star. For obvious reasons it does not have an intercom to communicate with the reception which is more than 3 blocks away from the complex. They do the cleaning every other day; The bathroom is horrible, the water comes out everywhere, they leave a kind of large window cleaner to drag the water away. There are no dressers with drawers, just a closet with 3 hooks. We couldn't disassemble the suitcases because we used them as a closet. It does not have a safe, it does not have a hair dryer. A vacation never experienced before in this hotel, I do not recommend it to anyone!!!!

Every year I stay at this complex, it's really good! well located, easily accessible, close to Fortaleza, family atmosphere, right on the sand. There is a restaurant with good prices for those who don't want to cook.

Local ja foi bom. Camas ruins, som alto dos vizinhos( não tem lei do silencio a partir da 22:00), chuveiro sem agua quente, café da manha pessimo ( serve mamão podre e pão velho no café), jantar proposto frango grelhado com legumes, oferecem frango no óleo com legumes murchos.

Já me hospedei 2x e ja sabendo que o Aquaville é um condominio de moradores com cotas de aptos para locação. Locamos através do 123 milhas um apto premium (1 suite casal + 1 suite 3 camas), amplo com sacada bem grande, quartos confortáveis, cama gostosa, wifi, cozinha com geladeira grande, fogão, etc. Area de serviço grande porem sem varais para secar roupas de 4 pessoas e nao tinha, aqui um ponto negativo, tivemos que espalhar roupas pelo apto para secar. Toalhas limpas e apto limpos a cada 2 dias. Ar condicionado barulhento porem resfriava adequadamente. Optamos por meia pensão no jantar no restaurante Al Mare, cardápio super restrito, básico e repetitivo. Apenas 1 garçom para atendimento e a impressão que dava que ele tambem era o cozinheiro pq sumia lá para a cozinha e nao voltava mais. Em todas as noites teve demora no atendimento e entrega dos pratos. Fizemos refeição apenas 3 noite que foi o maximo que conseguimos, as demais fomos para restaurantes na cidades. O café da manhã era bom porem com o básico. A estrutura do Aquaville é ótima, é na areia e já está na praia, eu facilmente moraria lá. Se nao gosta de gatos, náo vá! Eu adoro gatos e lá tem muitos gatos que sao cuidados e alimentados pelo condominio. Também tem muitos sapos devido ao lago central. Tem que locar carro para se locomover pq o Aquaville é longe de Aquiraz e 16Km de Fortaleza
