The hotel was clean and staff frindly but the hotel was dated and walls, floors and bathroom need repairs or to be change the sheets and cover were fray

El personal muy grosero el del turno de noche , las camas son incómodas no existe un control de aire acondicionado para poner el aire a la temperatura que uno desea el baño sucio no hay buena iluminación en los cuartos el foco no alumbra nada ni en la habitación ni en el baño la comida del restaurante no es buena

El edificio es histórico, céntrico y por lo mismo bien ubicado, me gustó la comida del restaurante, hay varias opciones y ofrece comida tradicional apatzinguence; el personal es amable. El hotel es muy económico y limpio, se respetó mi reservación tal como la pedí y no se me cobró de más. Lo recomiendo.
