The hotel is in a great location with all sights in walking distance. The room was amazing, comfortable, large and well designed. It can't get better in town Have to mention as well the breakfast. The service was extremely friendly and the buffet offered was excellent and of high quality. Rezeption team very helpful.

Have already stayed several times in the Carathotel. Everything is modern and practical. Though the rooms are not luxurious, they are very functional and beds are comfortable. Everything from check-in to check-out can be done online or at the check-in tablet stations. Great location to main shopping areas (Kö) and just 10 min walk to the main train station. Bonus are the fantastic luxury Edeka supermarket in the same building, as well as access to the very funky John Reed gym just around the corner for just EUR 5 through the hotel.

This is the most expensive hotel in Europe. I had a good expectation and finally endless disappointment.
Because it is the European Cup to see the ball, this hotel belongs to the Hyatt Group. I trust Hyatt very much and set a suite. I encountered a few problems and gave you lightning protection:
1 This hotel is a court renovation, very special, so when entering the door, the luggage is all on the porch guy and himself to carry it up, my luggage is very heavy, I think this is very unreasonable and very laborious.
2 I booked a twin executive suite, neither gave a twin bed, the hotel did not set an executive floor. Finally told me that the room was full and could not be adjusted. I offered to give me an extra bed to solve the problem.
3 Cleaning is not reliable. There is a bed in the bedroom, it is not clean, and the dead fly under the pillow on the bedside is disgusting. I immediately told the front desk to change it and did not compensate. Still Trip reliable, compensated me for a few hundred dollars and expressed my heart. I think a hotel is so poor in hygiene, and it is difficult to do well.
4 breakfast food is moldy. There are many varieties of breakfast, but they are all unpalatable. The fruit is also moldy! This is really drunk and disgusting. Quality control is a mess.
5 Poor breakfast service. The service staff has a bad attitude and ignores it. This is something other hotels have not encountered at all, this hotel is particularly obvious.
6 The restaurant is not used on the day of the game. 7.6 On the game day, before we went to see the ball, we wanted to go to pitti for a meal before we set off. The result told me that the restaurant is not used, the reason is unknown!
If this hotel is 2000 a night, I think it is fine, that is the standard. Please, this is a hotel of more than 6,000 for 9 nights, this service level is too bad!
Especially dead flies, moldy fruits, disgusting home! Please boycott this hotel and don't go!

First impressions were reasonable, but during our first morning at the hotel, everything soon went downhill. From 8am till around 4pm there were two separate 'evacuations' into the hotel lobby with fire and police services being called both times. After the first evacuation, we went into town, came back 4 hours later, only for the whole hotel to be evacuated again!! Hotel staff were short tempered and nasty, bluntly barking at us to evacuate with hours going by until they finally told us there'd been a water leak. An emergency situation is understandable and I'm not bothered about that event, but the staff's handling of it was utterly poor. A question about needing to return to a hotel room, after several hours of waiting, to collect an inhaler for asthma, was met with grossly insensitive jokes about secretly taking ecstasy and then we were ignored. This whole ordeal largely amounted to the hot water being switched off, which then remained off for several days. One staff member teased we would get 'freebies' from the hotel as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience; this did not happen. The main hotel lifts became unusable and after being instructed to use the service lifts instead, a bartender charged towards us screaming and being unbelievably hostile, refusing to let us pass or listen to what other hotel staff had literally just informed us to do. His behaviour was diabolical, but he made no apologies for himself and excused himself from the conversation. It was outrageous seeing the entire hotel be displaced in such a clunky and slapdash way. Most of the hotel staf were rude, blunt and pompous. One single receptionist was polite and friendly, and that was the woman who checked us out. Every three or four hours someone was knocking at our door or entering our room for cleaning purposes; we could scarcely relax. We've never felt so harassed in a hotel. The hotel cups provided were barely fit for a gobful of drink and they even took away our only spoon to stir our drinks. The sanitisation standards of the hotel were inadequate, failing to provide basic antibacterial or hand soaps in rooms; I had to use a face soap to wash my hands and the red seating between the lobby and bar was heavily stained with black marks. The restaurant always seemed closed, tha bar never had more than three tables with customers, the bar layout was so cramped that I banged my leg trying to take a seat and the entire hotel decor was dreary and miserable. Most of the TV channels didn't work either. I think the only positives were having a free apple from the bowl in reception every day and ultimately leaving the hotel forever!

Very good location and easy to arrival and park your car, the reception employees are very friendly and helpful, the room was very nice and clean, nice view on the garden, near the brand shops and the old town and close to the nice garden for walking.
Located in one of two towers at the tip of a peninsula, the 303 room hotel is linked to the opposite side of the media harbour by a graceful pedestrian bridge. From the hotel, guests enjoy a unique view of harbour, Old Town and the River Rhine.

Located in the port area of Düsseldorf, it is not very close to the city. It takes about 25 minutes to reach the city by public transportation. The various services during the stay were satisfactory. There was nothing amazing, but there was no problem. The room has a separate dressing table partition, so the rest area is not large, which is a problem. The snacks in the lounge of the executive room I booked were delicious, which was a highlight. Overall, considering the price of the hotel in Germany, it is cost-effective.
It takes you just a few steps to reach your guest room from DUS Airport: Sheraton Düsseldorf Airport hotel is directly connected with the Terminal - in the unique location on the roof of car park P3, surrounded by 10,000m² greenery. Warm atmosphere, mature design concept - our hotel is a communicative venue and relaxed hideaway at the same time. Enjoy easy access to the motorway, long-distance trains and urban transport and yet far from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. Parking is easily possible as well - there are only short distances between car park, hotel and airport. Our hotel is pet friendly and welcomes small pets (max 20kg) at a fee of 15 EUR per night. Relax from your travels or prepare for your meeting with green views. Düsseldorf city center and the surrounding area are also well worth visiting and easy to reach.

It is one of those peculiar hotels that serve one purpose only - in this case it is staying for one night when you change planes. The hotel offers everything that is necessary in this case - it is located across the street from the airport, you really can't miss it (the route is well marked all the way). It offers quiet rooms with no view and (probably, my plane was very early so I missed it) breakfast in the morning. I can't comment on how it looks from the outside as I arrived at night and left before dawn but also because it is located on the top floor of a multilevel car parking.
Moxy Duesseldorf is just like fashion: At its best, it has the ability to transform your mood, identity, and, of course, your look. It can be fun, refreshing, and purposeful. Upon arrival, guests at our hotel are met by a stylish and open lobby with state-of-the-art design and thoughtful features like "Plug & Meet" gathering areas with ergonomic seating, a state-of-the-art video wall with helpful travel tools, and a bar that's always open! After a long day, retreat to cozy guest rooms that seem more like a fashion crib with cushy beds, 42" TVs with high-quality sound systems, and speedy Wi-Fi. Fashion is like eating; You shouldn't stick to the same menu. Our Moxy crew helps you wake up with a healthy continental breakfast, freshly brewed morning coffee, and plenty of grab-and-go snacks for when you sleep in.

The rudeness of a young staff member spoiled our stay at this lovely hotel. Started off at checking in a young man at the checking desk handed in a piece of paper to my husband asking him to sign that without explanation what it was. Next he asked my husband to put his credit card to pay for a stay. Although my husband said he had already paid for the 3 night stay, the boy asked him again to put the card in the card reader which my husband did. After repeating that the stay had been already paid for the young man checked on his computer and asked his colleague for help (cancelling transaction?)he also said that it was nothing to worry about. Then I suggested that we had to check next time whether customer has already paid or hasn’t- so with a very cold face he told me off for my attitude saying that everything was going to be ok. Thanks God we had more money than what was locked on the bank account otherwise we would be in trouble. When I suggested that little ‘I’m sorry’ would help the situation the young member of staff said he did not have anything to apologise for. Not at all a warm welcome in the very beginning made us feel very disappointed and me and my hubby would not recommend staying at the Moxy Hotel. The staff that we met next morning was nicer and helpful, continental breakfast was good and hotel’s design is quirky and has many comfy places to lounge. There is an AppleMac with the internet which is very helpful when exploring things to do in Düsseldorf. Our room was cleaned every day, the hotel seems to be quite a clean place although there is a one friendly mouse running between seats in the lounge.

PpatrickMrnjrodrHad a fantastic stay at this hotel! The service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. Great attention to detail, making it a memorable experience. Highly recommend for a delightful stay.
I can't agree at all with the Reviews I read. I had been here 4 nights with my Family and everything was suberb! Very clean appartment, easy access, easy connection to the Airport and to the Metro System/Bus System. Walking distance to Duesseldorf Downtown. For Sure I will choose it again for my next stay!
GGuest UserIf you stay in Dusseldorf more than 1 month, I will definitely recommend this apartmenthaus. I know you are unfamiliar in Dusseldorf, but the location is very central, nearby Carlsplatz. If you are foody, you can directly go to the bakery (HINKEL) or Casa Luigi (Italian restaurant) within 30 sec. Munstermann is also located in the same street.
GGuest UserVery good location, clean and spacious room. The bed was quite comfortable. Contact with the service was very good and via WhatsApp very uncomplicated . When you arrive with the car, it makes sense to book a deep garage parking in the hotel. The costs are very low with about €15. In the room it was very warm. Unfortunately the room had no air conditioning and cross-air was not possible. The lift in the back building was defect so the whole baggage had to be brought to the higher floor.
GGuest UserThe location is not bad, only one subway station away from the old town, but there is no place to eat downstairs. I booked a triple room, but the hotel did not have a triple room at all, and gave two double rooms. The hotel is an old hotel, it has been renovated, the restrooms are clean, the heating is not very hot, but it is enough. No air conditioning.

The only good thing at this accommodation is that you are beautifully central. Otherwise the stay was already limited. Already entering in the evening hours is an adventure. The inside of the park is dark, funny people stay there and through the shit everywhere it is little invited. The reception is forgetting - there is no. And hotel staff are also forgetting. In the room: dirty bed linen and the bathroom should be clean when arrived - or is that not expected in a apartment hotel? Morning to breakfast room: there is only one coffee machine, not even seating opportunities. As I said, except for the location, this accommodation has nothing to offer.
