Person at check-in was rude and would not answer basic questions about address on invoice and was rather just talking over me without listening. Also asked for slippers, and was told entire hotel has no slippers, which i don’t believe is the case. I’ve stayed here for business in the past and had no issues. Not a good start to the week staying here.

Amazing place! It has everything that hotels need to have: - great location, centrally located in the old city - spacious rooms with everything that you need (we stayed in one of their suites). It had a full kitchen, with dish washer and oven!! It also had washing machine. What else do you seriously expect from a hotel? - a great bar with live piano every night - and most importantly, super friendly staff

The suites are fully furnished with everything, dishwasher, cooking devices, etc. And some rooms even have a washing machine. EXCELLENT staff. From the moment you set foot into this hotel you become family. Be ready to be pampered. Thank you for an amazing stay in Dusseldorf. Great place to stay for families. You will be close to all the attractions of the city, but in a quiet area.

Very nice hotel right in the center of Dusseldorf. Staff is very friendly and rooms were large and clean. We traveled with our 3 year old and there was plenty of room for him to play. We had breakfast at the hotel, which was the usual European style breakfast buffet with yummy food The hotel has dedicated indoor parking, which is very helpful in such a busy city. This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in and I would definitely stay here again in the future. In terms of local activities, it was easy to reach the waterfront, old center, shops and the park from the hotel. We were also able to visit all chrismas markets easily by foot from the hotel.

Excellent location, service, interior and design. Happy 😊 all around. A real jewel in the city. Great room, great breakfast, seemless service and only missing fresh juice at breakfast buffet. And may be handicapped entrance and auto opening heavy entrance door an idea?
