Hotel Alpechiara

Bad experience. At first glance, a beautiful view of the Alps and a characteristic design, a pity about the service and cleanliness of the rooms. Greeted discreetly but then treated as if we were non-existent, from the second evening of our stay some boys arrived for ski races who were treated like VIPs, complete with cake and much faster and more careful table service (despite our table was closest to the kitchen) The food looked like what is served in hospitals and the atmosphere a bit like a nursing home. The rooms on our arrival I don't think they had been cleaned since I found several tufts of dust and a coin under the bed. The heating really exaggerated so much that in the morning we woke up sweaty and to feel good you had to open the windows. The toilet leaked and the curtains were stained black, the beds hard with thin pillows. There were no sockets near the beds and the TV got 10 or so channels of little entertainment. Some of my classmates didn't get hot water during peak hours. Except for the view which was breathtaking and the breakfast with a little choice but nothing exceptional.

The 4-star classification perhaps does not exactly correspond to the characteristics of the structure but the quality of the service is certainly respectable. The staff is very kind, a special mention must be reserved for Lorenzo, the Driver, always available with extreme courtesy to accompany the Customers. So comes a super rating of the shuttle service. Breakfast very varied and plentiful. Dinner with portions sufficient to satisfy even the most ravenous sportsmen. Dogs are allowed but they cannot stay in the common areas (this, in my opinion, is the point on which the room for improvement must be centered). Efficient cleaning service. Thanks to the director Marco and all the staff for the kindness and collaboration shown.

Comfortable, clean and tidy rooms. Staff welcoming, helpful and kind. The abundant breakfast with sweet and savory. The staff present in the dining room was always available to guests and never lacked for anything. For being a random choice absolutely satisfied. Advised.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte in questo hotel. L'aspetto sicuramente che mi fa dire :" se dovessi tornare a Courmayeur soggiornerei nuovamente all'Alpechiara" è stata l'accoglienza, la cordialità, la PROFESSIONALITA' del personale. L'attenzione verso il cliente non manca affatto. L'addetto alla reception ha saputo consigliarci al meglio i vari posti da poter visitare e devo proprio dire che è merito suo se ci siamo organizzati al meglio la vacanza Le camere sono dotate di mini frigo , TV, sono ben pulite. La colazione offre prodotti di qualità.

Soggiorno di una sola notte per giornata termale, cortesia, pulizia, disponibilità/comodità parcheggio, colazione con ampia scelta e di qualità. Unico neo, temperatura in camera, 4° piano, effetto camino, dormito con finestra semiaperta nonostante il riscaldamento si sia spento. Nel complesso comunque assolutamente da ripetere.

Con amici abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel nel febbraio 2024, per un weekend di sci. La struttura è bella, anche se un po’ agè, con camere ampie e luminose. Pur essendo un 4 stelle avevamo letto 2 recensioni preoccupanti : camere non ben ripulite ogni giorno e freddo di notte per termosifoni spenti. A fine soggiorno, possiamo dire che le suddette recensioni o erano false o sono state brillantemente prese a cuore dai gestori, in quanto la camera è stata pulita bene, anzi addirittura DUE VOLTE al giorno (mattina e tardo pomeriggio) e di notte faceva fin troppo caldo (25 gradi, abbiamo dovuto spegnere NOI i termosifoni). Colazione ottima, e servizio navetta per gli impianti da sci comodissimo e a nostra totale disposizione.

Sicuramente 4 stelle sono troppe, ma non per il servizio o per la cucina, semplicemente per qualche piccolo dettaglio tipo la temperatura della stanza e delle parti comuni un po' bassa, così come quella dell'acqua della doccia, un buco sulle lenzuola, un altro sulla tenda, set di cortesia non troppo assortito. Per il resto tutto ok. Colazione varia ed abbondante. Non so se le torte siano congelate o no, però l'importante è che fossero buone. Cena perfetta nella quantità e nella qualità. Non ti facevano rimpinzare, che tanto non serve, ma neanche ti alzavi con la fame. Spesso chiedevano se volevamo il bis, soprattutto per i dolci, e noi abbiamo approfittato. Camerieri gentilissimi, soprattutto 2, di cui però non conosco il nome. Anche alla reception tutti gentili e preparati. Comodo il parcheggio sempre a disposizione, comodo il posto per raggiungere i nostri luoghi di interesse (castelli e montagne). Sicuramente al top il rapporto qualità prezzo. Spesso con molto di più ti danno le stesse cose
