首先一進屋就看到房間特別乾淨，都是上等的房間，我們住的是大床房，屋子非常乾淨非常暖和，被褥都是棉的，特別厚特別保暖。老闆十分熱情細心，服務態度特別好，而且聯繫車很方便，好評，大家來長白山來雪嶺旅遊一定要來住這裏

這是我住過最差的旅館，根本達不到酒店標準，充其量就是間簡漏的民宿。酒店環境：進門那一刻，心涼了半截，沒有電梯，提着碩大的行李箱上了二樓，進入房間，房間內充斥着酸臭的味道，並且像是沒搞過衞生一般，在台上還堆着一張用過的床單；因到站已是晚上不想去計較那麼多，便先住下，結果就像打開了惡夢之閘，房間酸臭味在打開窗户通風后依舊不能散去一直縈繞四周，並且不配備任何紙巾，一次性拖鞋，八點到房間一晚上斷電了三次，床頭兩個插座，一個充不進電，一個充一下電，充電頭隔十分鐘會自行彈出來一次……，衞生間洗漱台沒有熱水，大冷天用刺骨的冰水洗漱是多難受的一件事？花撒噴水量小，蓄電能力差，我們選的家庭房，三個人入住 洗到第三個人，已基本是冷水。三個人入住，配的是兩個牙刷，兩瓶水……對了，還有所謂的酒店專車接送，那也純粹是存在欺騙，接或送衹免費一次，免費接了，再送幫你叫好車還得另外付費。這絕對是一次相當差的入住體驗，七點半火車，一整晚被氣味充斥翻來覆去睡不着，硬是撐到四點半趕緊起床收拾東西逃離這災難性的房間。

乾淨整潔，位置也很好，旁邊有一個河洛文化公園，挺拔的美人松婀娜多姿，店家提供接站服務，旁邊有早餐店，朝鮮飯店，便利店，打車去空中廊橋也很近，美人松公園就在附近，值得一去。

有一説一房間一般 設施也一般 洗澡水不大 隔音也不太好 沒有電梯 但離車站很近 價格實惠 前台的大哥大姐提 人都很好 客客氣氣的
