Traveling with my parents, I specially set up a national characteristic Daxu experience.
Facilities: The door is a large 2.5 meter, the sanitary conditions are good, but the overall is a bit crowded. The is electric. It is very hot after opening. It is not related at night. The next day I feel that I have been baked into a person to dry 😂😂😂, but it is indeed a very novel experience ～.

I just think that Antu is a small place, so the hotels are all private and small in scale. There are about 20 rooms in a four-story building. There is no elevator and the air conditioner is not turned on. It is colder at night.

Overall, the price is very poor, more than 400 room rates, there can be a good hotel in Shanghai, let alone Antu, the result is very disappointing. Even the good part, the view and bedding are very good, and the sleep is very comfortable. Besides the bad place, except for the above two points, there is no family, there is nothing in the room, give 2 bottles of water, and then you have to add money. Generally, there will be a breakfast shop downstairs in a hotel without breakfast. As a result, this hotel, out of 4 roads, saw a breakfast seller, exaggerated.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with the added convenience of a heater in the washroom—a definite plus point, especially in colder weather.
3. Hospitality
The owner, Mr. Feng, and his staff, especially Mr. Xia, along with the rest of the team, are gems. They are extremely helpful, and their intention to assist guests is genuine. They provide support with a smile and never show any reluctance. Their efforts made our stay both comfortable and memorable.
4. Assistance and Arrangements
Mr. Feng and his staff went above and beyond to make our trip seamless. They arranged transport to Xue Li Mountain and helped us purchase tickets at a reasonable price. Mr. Feng even accompanied us to a restaurant to introduce us to a new dish, which was a delightful experience. The next day, Mr. Xia helped us buy tickets to Changbai Mountain (Heavenly Lake). He also ensured we were dropped off at the bus station and picked up later, making the process entirely hassle-free.
5. Farewell
This hotel holds a special place in our hearts. On our departure, they dropped us off at the railway station early in the morning. Mr. Feng himself joined to bid us farewell, which touched us deeply.

AAnonymous UserOur stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel near Changbai Mountain was delightful. While the room was slightly dated, it was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere amidst the stunning mountain views.
The staff (小张和小邹) offered excellent service, and the dining options featured a tasty mix of local and international dishes. One of the highlights was the outdoor hot spring, which was awesome in the freezing winter!
With easy access to hiking trails and scenic spots, it’s a perfect blend of luxury and nature. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating getaway!

GGuest UserAlthough the air conditioner was broken, the boss brought an electric heater to solve the heating problem. Then, because I went to the North Slope just to raft, if you like rafting, come here. I was so cold and tired after rafting in the morning that I went to the room to sleep and warmed up before leaving. It was so comfortable! By the way, the rafting on the North Slope is really kid-friendly. It doesn't get wet at all, unlike the West Slope, which is so intense that you can shake out a bunch of ice at the end... There were really too many people rafting at dawn, and there was no one at noon. The rime was just the bushes, not very amazing, and the scenery didn't look as good as the West Slope. The children were very happy to set off fireworks at night, and the people who were rafting at night shouted for another one, which was very fun.

We went rafting early in the morning and came back after 9 o'clock. There is also breakfast. The waiter in the restaurant is also very good and asked us to eat slowly. The hotel also has a pick-up and drop-off service. The driver is very good to help us carry the suitcases up and down. There are 6 people and 6 suitcases. The hotel arranged a 7-seater Buick business car to pick us up. Next time I come, I will definitely stay at Yunju Hotel again.

10 min car ride from chang bai shan railway station.
Issues I faced : there is a huge taxi shortage in the city during the peak tourist season, one days even i had to walk 3.3 kilometres in - 15 degrees temperatures to reach to downtown , DIDI and T3 service works here but taxi waiting is normally 40 min to 1 hour long.
As a forigner the Hotel location was little odd for me and lots of precious time wasted in taxi waiting, breakfast location is 300 metres far from room, which was not convenient as me and family didn't want to walk in - 20 degree temperature to eat breakfast, I stayed 5 days, but only 2 days I dare to go for breakfast.
For stay this place is so good, so clean, warm. If you have your car, then no issue at all.

我遇到的问题：旅游旺季期间，城市出租车严重短缺，有一天我甚至不得不在零下 15 度的气温下步行 3.3 公里才能到达市中心，滴滴和 T3 服务在这里可以使用，但出租车等待时间通常为 40 分钟到 1 小时。
作为外国人，酒店位置对我来说有点奇怪，很多宝贵的时间浪费在出租车等待上，早餐地点距离房间 300 米远，这很不方便，因为我和家人不想在零下 20 度的气温下走进去吃早餐，我住了 5 天，但只有 2 天我敢去吃早餐。
住宿方面，这个地方非常好，非常干净、温暖。如果您有车，那就完全没有问题。

SSH.1The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel.
Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff
during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel.
Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts.
Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!!
Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen.
Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea.
In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb!
I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too!
The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team!
They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

GGuest UserThe standard room I booked for a trip to Changbai Mountain is located in the Erdaobaihe factory area. It is about 4 kilometers to the north slope of Changbai Mountain, and you can get there by taxi for 14 yuan. Hotels here are more expensive during the peak tourist season. Most 3-star chain hotels in the same period cost between 500-700 yuan. I booked a special room for 380 yuan, which originally did not include breakfast. However, the hotel manager was very enthusiastic and gave me breakfast and hot spring bath, as well as ginseng soap as a souvenir. The room is very warm and large, and there is hair on the bottle of hand soap in the bathroom. It may not be suitable for guests with high hygiene requirements, because the bathroom hygiene is average, and the bedding is hygienic and comfortable. I didn't eat the breakfast and didn't comment on it. The hot spring bath is very unique. In the cold winter of minus 20 degrees, the outdoor hot spring is a very special experience. Overall, it is very cost-effective and the experience is very special.

From the moment I made the reservation, Gem Hotel's customized butler service was activated in advance. They took the initiative to contact me and carefully asked if I needed pick-up service from the high-speed rail station. This precautionary care made my heart warm even before I arrived.
After arriving at the hotel, the enthusiasm of the front desk staff was even more impressive. Not only were they smiling, but they also carefully observed that I was bringing my child with me, and then thoughtfully upgraded me to a parent-child room for free. The room is large and the layout is reasonable. Every detail has taken into account the needs of family travel. The spacious space allows our little baby to run freely and enjoy happy time.
