Traveling with my parents, I specially set up a national characteristic Daxu experience.
Facilities: The door is a large 2.5 meter, the sanitary conditions are good, but the overall is a bit crowded. The is electric. It is very hot after opening. It is not related at night. The next day I feel that I have been baked into a person to dry 😂😂😂, but it is indeed a very novel experience ～.

The hotel is impeccably clean, and the service is outstanding, with the counter staff being consistently attentive and welcoming. It offers everything you need for a perfect Changbaishan getaway, including ski trips, onsen experiences, and convenient transfers to the mountain. One standout feature is the personalized service of a travel butler; 大玲儿, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our trip was seamless. She addressed all our queries, arranged transportation, handled all necessary bookings, and regularly checked on our welfare, ensuring we had everything we needed, from extra water in our room to confirming our Changbaishan plans. Highly recommended!

There are many places to eat nearby and also close to the high-speed rail station.
The boss was very nice and even took us to the high-speed rail station for free.
I slept very well in the hotel. I can give my children a tatami experience.
The toilet is hygienic and there is heating inside.
But the only thing is that the heating in the room is insufficient and the space may be large.
Overall, it's worth the price and the service attitude is very good.

The staff (小张和小邹) offered excellent service, and the dining options featured a tasty mix of local and international dishes. One of the highlights was the outdoor hot spring, which was awesome in the freezing winter!
With easy access to hiking trails and scenic spots, it’s a perfect blend of luxury and nature. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating getaway!

GGuest UserThis is the best B&B I have ever stayed in with my children and parents in so many years. It is really 10,000 times better than a hotel. The boss is very attentive and considerate, and answers all questions. The living environment is super clean, and parking in the community is very convenient. The environment is very quiet. I am really afraid of not getting a good rest when I go out to play. Living here feels like going home. It is really comfortable. It is very close to the tourist distribution center on the north slope. It only takes five minutes to walk. I will definitely visit Changbai Mountain again. Recommend friends and relatives to stay here, the price/performance ratio is unbeatable

SSH.1The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel.
Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff
during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel.
Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts.
Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!!
Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen.
Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea.
In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb!
I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too!
The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team!
They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

GGuest UserIt's great. I'm going to Changbai Mountain this weekend. I searched for this Linshuiju Hotel. It's an independent courtyard! You can see the rafting in Changbai Mountain from the room. Make a cup of tea and sit by the window to get close to nature and feel good! The room is clean and the boss is very enthusiastic. The price-performance ratio is not bad. It's a very pleasant trip to Changbai Mountain. I will come again next time!

10 min car ride from chang bai shan railway station.
Issues I faced : there is a huge taxi shortage in the city during the peak tourist season, one days even i had to walk 3.3 kilometres in - 15 degrees temperatures to reach to downtown , DIDI and T3 service works here but taxi waiting is normally 40 min to 1 hour long.
As a forigner the Hotel location was little odd for me and lots of precious time wasted in taxi waiting, breakfast location is 300 metres far from room, which was not convenient as me and family didn't want to walk in - 20 degree temperature to eat breakfast, I stayed 5 days, but only 2 days I dare to go for breakfast.
For stay this place is so good, so clean, warm. If you have your car, then no issue at all.

作为外国人，酒店位置对我来说有点奇怪，很多宝贵的时间浪费在出租车等待上，早餐地点距离房间 300 米远，这很不方便，因为我和家人不想在零下 20 度的气温下走进去吃早餐，我住了 5 天，但只有 2 天我敢去吃早餐。
住宿方面，这个地方非常好，非常干净、温暖。如果您有车，那就完全没有问题。

Especially yu min 于敏 wang jing王晶, they helped with our smooth check in and check out and my many enquires. Requested for late check out for 30mins and they gave me 1 hour instead, really appreciate for that!!!
We were surprised with the little gift pack from the hotel. It’s the local tea leaves and volcanos rock!! It’s something so unique and interesting as a gift!
It’s one of the best hotels I would say!! Room was spacious, clean and smart. The layout and lighting of the room make our stay very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was delivered right to our room in the morning at our specific timing. This saves us effort to make our way to the dining place for breakfast when we can enjoyed it in our room.
The laundry room was definitely a huge plus for us. Totally free of charge for washing and drying clothing.
The stay was so great and we decided to extend one more night. Location is near the town area. Either flag for taxi or ask the receptionist for help would be a better option. It’s very convenient to roam around the area as taxi is widely available. Overall it was an awesome and enjoyable stay.

From the moment I made the reservation, Gem Hotel's customized butler service was activated in advance. They took the initiative to contact me and carefully asked if I needed pick-up service from the high-speed rail station. This precautionary care made my heart warm even before I arrived.
After arriving at the hotel, the enthusiasm of the front desk staff was even more impressive. Not only were they smiling, but they also carefully observed that I was bringing my child with me, and then thoughtfully upgraded me to a parent-child room for free. The room is large and the layout is reasonable. Every detail has taken into account the needs of family travel. The spacious space allows our little baby to run freely and enjoy happy time. This arrangement undoubtedly added countless warmth and convenience to our trip.
The ending of the entire trip was equally unforgettable. The driver, Master Zhang, not only delivered us to the high-speed rail station on time, but also provided enthusiastic and courteous service along the way, making us feel the warmth of home on the way home. CChoon Fui chunhuiI was very satisfied with my two-night stay at Yunshui Lanting Hot Spring Hotel. After an 8-hour drive from Xuegu, we arrived at the hotel and checked in quickly. Seeing our family of five, the hotel general manager Ms. Huang readily upgraded our room, provided free breakfast and hot spring experience for the children, and introduced us to the special price rafting with hotel pick-up, which reflects the cheerful, friendly and helpful characteristics of the people in Northeast China.
The winter in Changbai Mountain is so cold. After rafting, we went to Edelweiss and Merganser Park for a walk, but the wind was very strong and we were frozen. We went back to the hotel and soaked in an outdoor hot spring, which felt great. There are barbecue and iron pot stew restaurants next to the hotel, which is convenient for eating. During the three days in Changbai Mountain, Tianchi was not open due to the weather, so we did not go to Changbai Mountain Scenic Area. It was a pity. If I come to Changbai Mountain again in the future, I will stay at Lanting Hotel again. When leaving, the hotel thoughtfully arranged a drop-off service for the Changbai Mountain High-speed Railway, which put a complete end to our Changbai Mountain trip. Thank you for the hotel's hospitality.
