我是看酒店頭銜訂的房間，有一説一服務沒問題，無論是前台還是退房的大業，就是硬件設施真跟不上啊！沒用酒店杯子和枕頭，自己穿長袖睡的。希望你們更新硬件設施，我們花酒店的錢，沒必要享受旅館的設施吧

提前訂好的房型到店就給改了，裏面的設施入店就是壞的，屋裡還有異味。

怎麼説呢 這邊建議這家酒店倒閉 衞生臟亂差不説 隔音也不好 入住的時候是黑天沒有注意到地板衞生情況 第二天起來發現地上全是煙灰（本人不抽煙）這個吹風機我差點以為是個玩具 聲音大的要死 一點風都沒有 本來以為給4瓶水還挺好 就不給差評了 結果從按金里扣了2瓶水的錢 主要是水瓶上面也沒給標註收費 商家純純沒見過錢 我無語住了
