Hotel was very accommodating, free parking, offered me to park in VIP on the last day to leave in the morning earlier. Recpetion were very polite on greeting me and didnt have to have much interaction after due to everything being smooth with the hotel experience throughout my stay. Location is solid with it being a 5 minute walk to the coffee shops which lead into the old town/Hadrians gate, another 5-10 minutes and youll be in the town centre area and the old bazaar or the marina so its ideal if this is where you want to explore. Hotel room was very large, huge bed, shower and bath which was high quality. Breakfast was good with many options to choose from especially the pastries. Gym facilities are very good for a hotel and the views from the hotel are great from the outdoor pool, dining area and the deck which is layered all the way down to the sea front. Would definitely book a hotel with Ramada Plaza again if back in Antalya.

The location is great, 7 minutes walk to Mark Mall and 15 mintues to old town. The furniture is new and nicely designed, very modern. Not a 5 stars service, the staff that supposed to help carry your luggage arent present all times. The room cards dont work every time you leave the hotel and you have to charge it at reception. The cleaning lady didnt clean the room properly, dont provide complimentary accomdation properly something is missing every day, sometimes a towel, sometimes soap, One toilet paper for 3 adults a day is not enough, lol we bought from the supermarket!!!! The room floor is dirty and the toilet is not cleaned properly. The complimentary kits are provided for two not 3, we have the deluxe room, extra charged and still get everything for two people not 3, we have complained about this since day 1 and each day since we arrived nothing changes! Breakfast ends at 10:30, is very nice, the hotel receptionists are polite and helpful especially Ceren and Kerem. The hotel itself is great, I would love to stay here again but the cleaning issue is a big thing for me the level of cleansing has to be upgraded, they tide the bed but forget to clean the floor!!!!!!! Insane.

We have stayed 4 nights in total in a circuit. The design of the rooms in the middle of the mezzanine with a glass lift is original but the disappointment comes from the more than sad decoration of the room: brown tones to kaki, dark wood, rather aging and from another era. The bathroom is functional but our wasn't clean: traces on the door, dirty floor, gross mirror cut off and in the room the refrigerator doesn't cool. For the restaurant, the buffets are correct when there are planned groups ( a large group of Asians for two days so a buffet at dinner and breakfast very rich and varied but on the 3rd day when they were left, One meat in sauce offered with rice and white beans, defreshed inlet salads (it was the few remains ) and one dessert : parts of cake ( the oranges were in addition ). We make a 3-star rating thanks to the buffets of the first two days but otherwise it would be much less ... In Turkey you will have the choice of other 5-star real hotels !

The hotel has no elevator, no free breakfast, and there is a restaurant on the first floor to eat. The bed in the room has curtains, the lockers are large, there are two public bathrooms and toilets on the second floor, the shower water is very small, and the bath is uncomfortable. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, simple facilities, good location, cheap price, suitable for backpackers, poor travel parties.

I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for an authentic turkish experience. From the traditional decor to the turkish music played each evening. As to the breakfast you will not find any ”full english” here as they serve a fabulous turkish breakfast with chai. The hotel is situated in the old town, within easy walking distance of the harbour. It is close to Bar Street with the bars and nightclubs however as we had a room overlooking the internal courtyard we did not find this an issue. I imagine those rooms overlooking the street to the rear would be quite noisy though.

The hotel is in the noisy spot of the old city, the building does not imply noise isolation. Therefore, the feelings from the accommodation will be untransmitted. Discotheques and live music until 3-4 morning, so it trembles on the body. Really, it's like I decided to sleep on a disco. The hotel does not warn that at night it is noisy, even does not apologize after the first night - as if it should be ... reality that hides, tk wants to earn money. And the normal customer will not return to it. I don't understand how such a high rating is possible. By the way, cleaning is very modest, tired bed linen with rolls, dirt from past guests on the cafeteria, teapot with raids. And this is the best room in the hotel. The room is very small, straight close. It is a pity that we stopped here. 100-200 meters in any direction and will be much quieter.

Over all, excellent location and great hotel. And before I go on to my justification for not giving the full star rating, I want to say I would recommend Dogan hotel to anyone who wants to stay in old town Antalya, great atmosphere, location, and staff. But, something was a little off... It is hard to exactly say what it was. Mostly it was an accumulation of smaller things that just didn't make this stay perfect. At breakfast even though there where plenty of staff service was slow and our egg order never came. The rail the shower was on had come loose from the wall at the lower end, the shower needed to be overextended in order to get it back to it's holder, the floor was ... For lack of better word... Viscous (floor was not slippery but could easily twist feet). And a few other things. Each by itself not an issue but coming together just made the stay not full point worthy. All said and done, it's still a good and very quaint hotel that I would happily recommend to anyone.

The location is good, you can see the pretty old town of Antalya by walking. You can feel the atmosphere of an old building and have the best relaxation with a very nice view. No housekeeping. There is no amenity. The toilet seat is too high by Western standards. And lastly, I booked a taxi at checkout, but they lied that the taxi didn't come, and they told me to use their own taxi because it would be refunded. In the end, the bill was double-paid.

Mini break . We are currently on our last day here at the argos hotel . The staff are so friendly and helpful they really can't do enough for you. Room is spacious and has everything you need . My husband enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. Strong coffee and eggs . We have stayed here before as it is a good central location to the old town . The hotel is going to under go some renovation to make it even better . We most probably will be back later in the year for another mini break . Thanks for looking after us during our stay . Everyone was so accommodating
