並沒有提醒我們退房 我們確實超過了退房時間 但是前台打電話給我們説已經打電話給我們提醒我們退房 我和朋友手機上沒有接到任何退房電話 第一次打電話給我們我們説沒有接到任何電話希望能給一個合理的解釋 我們一定會付我們應付的退房費用 為什麼説打電話給我們提醒過 這不是故意不提醒收超時費用 超時房費我們現在已經付款 前台第二次打電話來就説我們住不起怎麼樣怎麼樣 住過無數酒店 也從來沒有給任何酒店差評 第一次給一個酒店做評論 酒店環境可以 但是被別的東西影響了這個酒店的自身價值！

房間非常大，還有大陽台。但是熱水器的水太燙了，我衹是打開水龍頭洗個手，一下子就燙到了，疼了半天。

衞生一般，桌上的紙巾盒裡紙都是粘在一起的，馬桶打掃的不夠乾淨，白天那個前台態度拽拽的，下次不會入住了

酒店房間比較乾淨，設施相對來説比較齊全。老闆和老闆娘的態度也很好。停車方便，出行便利。離農貿市場比較近，吃飯也方便。

出差在外，酒店免費幫客人洗外套，確實很方便更暖心，衞生熱水棒棒的，房間寬大安靜整齊有序，一來安寧就住這個酒店，前台小姐姐客房阿姨很親切，更重要的是酒店旁邊寧湖公園5.3公里的塑膠跑道，喜歡酒店喜歡周邊的環境。
