Otel güzel kaliteli fakat girişte vale sıkıntı kendi arabamı kendim çektim kendim aldım . Otelin spa bölümü çok kötü havuz soğuk , karşılayan personeller yetersiz , Masaj çok başarırız . bu kadar para verip bu kadar kötü Bali masajı yaptırmamıştım
The hotel is nice and high quality, but there was a problem with the valet at the entrance. I towed my own car and bought it myself. The spa section of the hotel is very bad, the pool is cold, the welcoming staff is insufficient, the massage is very good. I've never paid this much money and had such a bad Balinese massage.
