The facilities, rooms, and the morning breakfast were wonderful. This is a nice place for business traveller's, unfortunately this NOT a great place for families. Throughout our stay, the staff made us feel incredibly unwelcome in this place, as if we were much lower on the scale of importance than their business / government official guests. Whether we were in the lobby, visiting the pool, using the stairs, etc my wife and I were asked repeatedly if we just came off the street and whether we were really guests at the hotel. One or two times is fine, but after 8-10 times you begin to feel a bit unwelcome. The workers at the pool looked like they had never seen children before in their facility. One worker tried to tell us that our older children can only use the toddler pool, and that the normal pool was only for adults! When our family of 5 asked for pool towels they gave us 2-3 towels. When we asked for more towels later they took 5 minutes to call their boss and count out our previously used towels, while our children stood their shivering in the cold. They eventually gave us the towels but we were told that the reason for the delay was because we don't want to do extra laundry! 🤔 Overall, families coming for a relaxing holiday clearly doesn't fit into their normal demographic of clients. And the staff seemed to go out of their way to find direct or indirect ways of communicating this. NOT recommended for families with children!

We recently had a wonderful 14 night stay at the Apart Best Hotel in GOP. The hotel was located in a prime location, one block off a Main Street in GOP which had several shops, stores, restaurants and bars to choose from. Our room was a two bedroom apart suite (I can’t remember what it was actually called). You entered by one door, and from that door there was a little entry way with two more doors. One door led into the suite which was large and comfortable. The suite included a full living room with balcony overlooking the city (I would say the best view of Ankara from anywhere) kitchen with stove, oven sink and fridge, full bathroom with a washing machine (which for a two week stay totally came in handy). Lastly, of course the bedroom with a queen size bed and I. Room safe. The other door led to its own hotel room, with bed, tv and its own bathroom. I went with a friend and it was ideal as we each got to enjoy the common living area but each had our own bathroom. The room is dated, but is very comfortable, clean and feels like home. I only have one negative comment and that was the internet which was very poor and spotty. I got over it though as I was on holiday and shouldn’t have been on my phone or iPad anyway. As for the services of the hotel, the pool area was fantastic with patio doors out to a garden area where you could sit on a sunny Ankara day. There is a full service restaurant/bar which has a full array of items and is delicious and the price is right! Breakfast is served daily and I highly recommend the chefs homemade simit (they were incredible). The staff off the restaurant were unreal, super friendly and made you feel even more at home. In fact, the entire team made the stay and experience more than top notch and more than five star. They were accommodating, friendly, caring and ready to help you in a second. By the end of the two weeks they were like old friends who genuinely cares about how you were doing. As someone who travels regularly both for work and pleasure, they are the reason that the Apart Best Hotel in Ankara is the place to stay when you are away. I again want to thank the staff for an amazing stay and an amazing time. We will be back and if you ever need someone to recommend you or a star for your commercial, I’m your guy! Cok cok cok tessukuler ederim!

The location is amazing, very safe place and 1 minute walk distance to most popular avenue.Rooms are extra clean and luxury.I will definitely visit this place again as we enjoyed king room as a couple, however day shift reception staff were not happy to work as it was obvious from their behaviour, no welcoming, we entered the hotel and negatively they asked our IDs. No information given, no bellboy offered, and when we entered the reception they didn't even ask or tell anything as i told them that we had reservation. So nothing asked like 'how can i help you?' In this kind of quality hotels i wasn't expecting this. Moreover, they didn't even tell us our floor so i guessed it from the number on our card! During their shift all they did were staring at us badly when we were going in and out.Housekeeping lady were much more positive and helpful. After we checked in to our room approximately 30 minutes passed and i couldn't connect to wi-fi so i called reception and what they told me was they didn't start our check-in procedure into system so i should wait to connect wi-fi, what i mean here is we didn't see any guests checking in , hotel was not crowded and of course i thought that after they got our info and let us go to room of course check-in procedure should finish but what i heard was they didn't even start it. Another thing i should add here is , our room wasn't prepared for us as it had no complimentary water, no shampoo/shower gel, no towels. Thanksfully housekeeping lady found it out and brought us everything after half an hour passed from our checkin, i guess again it's receptionists mistake.Night time staff in the reception were much better and positive.Apart from that it is well located, close to embassies and attractions, well equipped rooms with real luxury and high tech.Enjoyed every minute of our stay in the room and the view as well! Already recommended to friends who will visit Ankara.

Definitely I will go again. A calm nature and friendly staff. Rooms are very classy and clean. Highly recommended. I think this suits more for business travels since it’s closed to the city center. I didn’t get a time for shopping but there is. Shopping center called ‘360’ near to the hotel.

I stayed in March June. Because of its very close proximity to the centre, I would certainly recommend the concept house, not in a good position as if you stay in your house. Thank you for your help and kindness to the lady Cemile, a multi-staff staff. I'm glad I'm staying.

It enjoyed my stay. The staff members were extremely polite and helpful. Location is excellent. The breakfast buffet is appealing enough even for picky eaters.

Their check in time was 4pm so that was inconvenient. Nice kitchen, but kettle not working. Not a bottle of water to drink for the price we paid. Bathroom and bedroom doors were punched in and broken. Quite disappointing. Personally, not my thing but we needed a place for one night.
