It’s a nice place to come to as a couple or with kids. Driving distance to some hiking cites. Lack of European food is the only disadvantage for foreigners.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is gorgeous, the location to the Hello Kitty Park cannot be beat and the breakfast was delectable. My biggest praise goes to the staff! They are the most professional and welcoming people that we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Every single member of the staff from housekeeping to the concierges are incredible. It was truly a remarkable 3 day experience. 🌹🌹

酒店位置非常好，體量也很大，二樓有直達樂園的廊橋，真的有童話裏城堡的感覺。酒店內還設定了各種打卡場景，還有零食甜品和各類HelloKitty周邊，是孩子們的天堂啊！酒店房間也比較大，雖然沒有訂到主題房，不過這個房間位置不錯，晚上能看到摩天輪的燈光變化，房間送兩大一小的早餐，日用品也是按量分配的，包裝印了城堡的標誌，房間整體比較乾淨整潔。晚上8點有經典電影播放，體驗了一把，正好是女兒最愛的冰雪奇緣。

酒店地理位置不錯，就在樂園對面，買了配套門票
可以直接進入樂園，辦理入住也非常方便，前台幫忙送了行李，房間也很乾凈，衞生間很大，服務貼心。

喜歡hellokitty的小朋友一定會喜歡主題房，裏面都是粉色Kitty元素，主題房還送徽章和玩偶，定了三天送了三套一模一樣的哈哈建議可以換換款式更加靈活。邊上樂園過去也很方便。定了驚鴻旅拍拍了一些酒店內Kitty設施，很方便大家，拍的不錯。

設施：確實陳舊，主題房尤其明顯，桌子上放的文件夾和其他東西都被不知道什麼小朋友用圓珠筆劃爛了，很多東西都是破的，桌子也晃悠，就是猛的一看挺粉嫩，仔細一看就是……沒法看了真的
衞生：湊合吧，浴缸附近有頭髮，我也懶得説了
環境：這個是真心很美，酒店位置和附近環境都特別好，很夢幻
服務：國營單位的服務感，特別是前台，問樂園的活動和門票，沒有一個能説清楚的，我買的套餐不好門票，也沒有人能説清楚在樂園和酒店有啥區別優惠，也沒人説酒店客人可以刷臉不用排隊。我問前台第二天樂園的活動日程表什麼的，前台説，我給你念，你用手機記。我説能不能有個電子版之類的地圖，也説不清楚。
就一個大寫的服氣
酒店前台有購物代金券，辦理入住的時候沒給我，等我買東西的時候説有，我還得去前台再去要。下午茶能和kitty 互動也不知道，完全是碰上湊巧，五一期間晚上自助餐有表演也不知道……
樂園的公眾號做的也是一塌糊塗，想找什麼都找不到，自動回覆就是打電話
旅拍主要不是免費的3張，是3張以外60一張。我在其他平台找到的旅拍，800塊錢2個小時底片全送
真的是拜託這個銀潤集團能不能好好經營一下，別浪費白瞎了這麼好的主題樂園呀

酒店就像是一座城堡，裏面充滿着"hello kitty"的元素，小女孩們非常喜歡，去主題樂園葉很方便，就是五一期間人暴多。很幸運預約了驚鴻旅拍，無論是拍內景還是外景，出片效果都很贊，在這麼美麗的城堡酒店留下了非常美好的回憶，真的是驚鴻一瞥，回憶滿滿。

果然還是要親自嘗試才知道，攜程上有些評價，又是衞生差，又是環境舊的，全都不是真實評價。
這次入住感覺非常棒，可以提前入園不説，還能無限次刷臉入園，真的很方便，停車位也很充足。
另外，中餐廳意外的好吃😄
如果買三麗鷗周邊的，酒店裡基本都有，而且還有滿500-50的券，一開始沒算好，兩邊買，就有點虧了😂
下次一定還會再來的～
