Hotel des Alpes

We booked this hotel found through the AIC app. The first impression of the hotel was not positive. The quick and a little cold acceptance by the owner (we are given the key without any other indication of times, services, etc ...) and the dated room. But going out into the garden, small but well organized for the children, the well-maintained indoor and outdoor pools and the view of the lake, which can be accessed in a few minutes, made us change our minds. Also good is the welcome at meals with a restaurant always overlooking the lake. Wide choice also gluten-free for both breakfast and dinner. We will definitely be back.

We spent 3 nights in this hotel, chosen among many because it seemed interesting, after a day of trekking, to relax in a wellness corner. Unfortunately we were very disappointed and we could not enjoy any relaxation, we found the water in the indoor pool with cold and unsuitable temperatures, the sauna and the Turkish bath are turned on every other day (?) From the small outdoor pool water comes out at temperatures very cold and therefore also impractical in the late afternoon hours. to our complaints, together with other guests, the responses of the staff / properties were not exhaustive and always defensive. Basically, we spent more to get NOT service. On the contrary, the catering service is really good, from breakfast to dinner, all very good.

We spent some really relaxing and fun days in this hotel. The location of the hotel is wonderful, convenient to all services and very close to the lake, wonderful from a landscape point of view, the lake view room offers a truly suggestive panorama. A very welcoming, graceful and relaxing Spa. The cleanliness is truly impeccable, the food of excellent quality and as far as I'm concerned, I really appreciated the respect of this structure towards celiacs and intolerant to various foods. After 6 years I return to the hotel Des Alpes in Molveno both because of celiac disease and above all because it accepts small dogs without charging a supplement. I appreciated this but this year I didn't appreciate the lack of hospitality and cordiality, they left us without lunch for 2 days because despite having warned of the delay in arrival, for them if you don't sit down in the restaurant by 1 or by 8pm you are no longer served, despite the fact that the sheet also states that lunch is until 1.30pm and dinner until 8.30pm. They didn't even offer to make us sandwiches especially given my problem with nutrition. Very poor gluten-free breakfast buffet, yet on the website it says that the dishes with and without gluten are the same. The packed lunch, €10 per person, includes only 3 mini rosettes and fruit, not even a bottle of water because it has an additional cost. The cleaning of the room was impeccable too bad for our room too old and small, especially the bathroom, it so happened that it was the same as 6 years ago (photo attached) unfortunately to be a 3 star S there is no fridge in the room . However, the hotel's location is excellent, as it is a short walk from the town center and the lake, and also offers an indoor and garden swimming pool. As for anti-Covid measures, both the owner and the lady who cleaned the rooms were without a mask.

Ottima posizione con un grande e comodo parcheggio all'entrata dell'hotel che ha peró una seconda e suggestiva uscita pedonale verso il lago. Ampi spazi, comoditá ed una vista sul lago sempre suggestiva. Cena di ottimo gusto e qualitá con un sapiente buffet in una bella sala e, cosa da non trascurare perché rarissima, una caraffa di acqua presente sul tavolo, chiaro segno di ospitalitá e di attenzione verso il cliente. Personale sempre gentile e molto competente. Prezzo corretto. Tutto perfetto quindi? No, perché la camera di tipo standard che avevamo, pur ineccepibile quanto a pulizia é apparsa decisamente inadeguata allo stile dell'hotel a tal punto da apparire decisamente poco piacevole (io piú che standard l'avrei definita "economy") . Il comfort e la piacevolezza del soggiorno in questo hotel, comunque, sono tali da non poterci esimere dall'assegnazione della massima votazione.

L'hotel ha una bella struttura, pulita e ben curata; anche se il servizio al tavolo sarebbe in parte da migliorare. I tavoli andrebbero suddivisi tra i camerieri, mentre non vi era una logica nel servizio e capitava che alcuni venissero sempre presi in considerazione, altri attendevano parecchio tempo. L'ultima sera non sono stata bene, abbiamo chiesto di sostituire la scelta che avevo fatto a metà pomeriggio, con riso in bianco e prosciutto cotto. Quest'ultimo era immangiabile, poichè era completamente ghiacciato. Chi lo ha ritirato non ha fatto nemmeno una piega per scusarsi o chiedere come mai. Non era un piatto da presentare soprattutto ad una persona che non stava bene. Peccato...

Tre giorni perfetti trascorsi con gli amici di sempre, posto incantevole che non lascia spazio alla noia, albergo e servizi impeccabili, cucina e colazioni veramente all'altezza!!! Eravamo in otto e tutti sono rimasti soddisfatti!!! Prezzi contenuti con personale cordiale e sempre disponibile!!!! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!!!! Ciliegina sulla torta la spa inclusa nel prezzo...non sempre funziona così!!!
