We went with our family for a Disney vacation. The hotel was great, clean and the kids loved the pool. It was a quick walk to Disney. Would definitely return.

It is very close to the entrance to Disneyland, so it is highly recommended when traveling with children.
It's a pity that I couldn't use the swimming pool because I was too busy with Disneyland schedule.

Just came back from Disneyland, and my family was happy I picked this hotel. The two queen beds + bunk beds room was clean and spacious, and we appreciated the bench nook/dining table and double vanity. It was well designed to make a family comfortable. My daughter's favorite part of the whole trip was the water park at the hotel (tip: you need to reserve time slots in advance but we had no problems with availability). On nights when Disney has fireworks, you can get a good view from the pool deck. -All the staff we interacted with were pleasant and courteous. -everything was clean 10 minute walk to Disneyland park entrance. It didn't feel that long because there's a steady stream of people headed there same way. Breakfast is not included but there's a cafe on main floor that serves breakfast sandwiches and pancakes in the morning. The only minus was some freeway noise on our side of the building, not bothersome during the day but more noticeable at night. Lots of families so occasional neighbor noise is to be expected. Highly recommend if you're visiting Disneyland.

You can read hundreds of reviews about the hotel itself. This review is for Charlotte Cool, the Manager on Duty. We had an issue that needed to be resolved for our stay in June 2024. I won't get into the details, but I will say - we travel a lot, deal with a lot of hotel managers etc. Charlotte handled it way faster than we expected, and was very helpful and understanding. 5 stars for that. If the Manager on Duty is this kind and helpful to a customer who has not even paid or stayed yet, imagine how nice they are when you are an actual paying customer on site! Thank you Charlotte.
