Big room. Great location. Has a supermarket nearby. Close to restaurants. The shower didnt have a door, so the bathroom floor gets wet everytime. Provided shampoo conditioner, bodywash and lotiin. No toothbrush, toothpaste or cotton buds.

Great location for museum quarter

No water bottles in the room. Also the AC just makes noise and does not have and effect.

Stayed in October 2021. Pleasant hotel, location is great. Do keep an eye out for the specific room you’re booking, the pictures are misleading. I got the standard room, but the bed wasn’t “free” and the room was much smaller than the photos showed, so the bed was shoved to the wall with one side. There also was no Nespresso machine unlike the photos showed, though the reception was okay to put one on my room. The room card is also the card used for the elevator, though the technology seems outdated. Every return to the hotel, the card didn’t work on the elevator and had to be reactivated at the reception. Minor inconvenience but still annoying when in a rush. Overall an okay experience, not the best, not the worst.

The bed was big and comfortable. The location is excellent, with a parking tower and cruise ship terminal nearby, and about an 8-minute walk from the Museum Square. It was great to take a shower, and it was very relaxing after a day of running around.

The location of the hotel was very good, the room was clean and the staff was very helpful, but although we booked a room with a city view, we could not get it, they transferred us to a larger room instead, we were pleased.

Total so easy to get to from airport. Bus 397 takes you within under 100m of hotel. We had view over Main Street. Busy but not noisy. Great for main streets. 50mtrs from canal boats. Just an easy mile to Central Station . Near museums and loads of eating places. Plenty of choice at breakfast - breakfast staff at weekend very erratic but weekday much better. Room very comfortable and plenty of room. Good shower

Brilliant night stay. Friendly staff who were always available. High level of cleanliness and nice modern decor. Shower pressure was great and all amenities in room that I needed- kettle, ironing board, desk, nice lighting- warm white bulbs. QR code to scan to order tops ups if required- towels etc. lovely wee treat and handwritten note in the room that was very much appreciated and a lovely surprise.

Booked very last minute as the place we originally booked tru third party was disgusting. Room was ready before the check-in time and receptionist was lovely and showered is with goodies. Room was clean, spacious and had everything you need. Had a bite while watching the game in the bar and thou only few food choices on it was delicious. Again, staff in the bar exceptional, did far more than expected. Highly recommended

The hotel is excellent !! The location is very good, close to the canals and the museums, everyone's service is excellent especially those at the reception !!! We stayed four nights. The room was very comfortable and clean. Highly recommended and I would surely return.
