Excellent stay, the hotel is very nice, it has very friendly staff, the room was clean and ready for when we arrived, the hotel is perfect to relax, it has a very nice beach, private and safe, the food was very delicious, it takes a while, but they had an excellent flavor, I recommend this hotel, it is very nice

Disappointing stay overall. Although the staff were polite and helpful the room was full of ants when we arrived and we didn’t have toilet roll or towels in the room. Shower was cold. Bed was suitable and the setting of the hotel was nice overall.

Nice property , BUT~ you will a paper that says " you cannot bring your own food and beverages" that's annoying cause you're stuck then with their kitchen prices, that are LUDACRIS , $8 dls for a salvadorian breakfast! come on! not even close to a realistic location / resort for you to try to charge those prices.

We enjoyed our stay. Please just remove from the description that is beach front because it's not a beach front resort. Thank you

Not toilet paper For what is food, very expensive, you need to work more in customer service, for what it seems to be, and having only a ramada on the beach does not give even 3 stars

The place is located in a remote place. Rooms are small. Bathrooms inside the rooms are super small only one person can fit in. The toilet seat was broken and sheets were stained.

Okay room and good staff. Otherwise the hotel is too far from any amenities, stores etc, the food in the hotel is hugely overpriced and average, plus you are eating with the mosquitos.

It was ok for a short stay, food was good and the place was ok, customer service was very good, hotel was infested with mosquitoes and towels were not provided until we ask for them, no laundry onsite, shower was broken still functional tho, internet was fast.

The rooms left alot to be desired . We changed rooms because the first rooms shower did not work and it was dirty and unclean. The second room was still in poor shape, the bathroom was small and the sink leaked from the drain every time it was used ,the bedding was old and worn , the bathroom door handle was broken and hanging . The staff was nice and they were accommodating. The food and drinks are overpriced here . The beach is a short walk and is very nice . The hotel is a little out of the way, there is no wifi and random intermittent cell service if any at all ,Overall it was not a comfortable stay .
