This room is a small hotel converted from an old house, much better than the Astana International Hotel. The breakfast is delivered to the room, which is very good. We stayed on the first floor and could open the windows, which was good. It is very close to the pedestrian street, the cathedral, and the Heroes Monument.

It's terrible, the standard of small domestic hotels, I don't recommend it, I'm unlucky.

After that, my colleague went to the front desk to find someone to check the surveillance. The man at the front desk kept saying that no one had shown up. Later, I calmed down for a while and talked about this matter with my colleagues. It was very likely that the man at the front desk knocked on the door. Who knows what would have happened if he broke in in those few minutes, and the thin woman who was less than 1.6 meters tall faced him. As a big foreigner, I was already prepared to ignore anything if someone came in. I grabbed my phone and ran away. It was so scary. I have been booking flights and wine on Ctrip for more than ten years. It is the first time I have booked such a hotel on Ctrip. I am really disappointed. It is also the first time I have given the lowest rating and the first time I have written such a deep feeling. If this is the hotel's reputation, I hope you won't use Ctrip.

The room is in good sanitary condition. The service is very good.
